WTF? .. This is both funny, and extremely retarded. How the bloody hell can a town called Batman not even know for seventy [tornado fang]ing years of the hero, and then file a lawsuit for the "town name being used without permission"?

Damn, and I thought we'd seen enough retarded lawsuits (aka. Jack Thompson).  ???

EDIT: Oh geez, here's more; the Batman franchise and all was started in 1939; the town was renamed to Batman in 1954. ... Human stupidity at it's finest.

The Lawsuit Repellent Bat-Spray won't be needed, this just too damn stupid XD Where the hell has Batman been during all this years that Batman has been kicking criminals' asses, saving the world with Superman, and fighting hand-to-hand with Scorpion? XD

come on.. if anything, they should sue DC for owning him...

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Awesome, now the mayor can pay for his stupidity with having to pay a lawsuit 8D

Oh my fuckin' God...
Seriously, looks like someone's needing attention. The comic book character has been around for more than half a century and they decide to file a lawsuit NOW? Idiots.

That's hilariously retarded. We need more towns like these popping up, just for the hysterical value.
