I'm Machina Kyrios, and I'm a writer. I molest timelines and force the Rockman universe to conform to Newtonian physics whenever a convenient excuse not to isn't present. When I'm not working on Megaman stuff, I'm usually working with Hard Science Fiction, and bending THOSE rules too. ^_^
I've recently re-entered the Megaman fandom in a way beyond just playing games and plotting with the reboot of an old project of mine (three guesses what it's called ^_^) and I figured I'd join some new communities. Not to advertise, though my inability to shut up about the project at times might accomplish that unnecessary goal. No, more so I can point at board activity and attempt to use it to justify slacking off, because socializing on Rockman boards is a lot lower on the Slackometer than other forms of not working. So, between work, writing, and drafting out information for the CRPG, I'll probably be lurking about here and on other communities. ^_^
I've been a Megaman fan since MM3. The only series I haven't played is Legends, and aside from games on the Wonderswan and some of the more obscure side games, I've played it all... Except X7. There is no Rockman game I've played that I haven't found good qualities in. The closest any games came to being disliked were Battle Network 4 and 6.
What else? I'm a huge mecha addict. There's a shelf in my office dedicated to giant robots, pilot figures, and topped by a large plush figure of Char's Zaku from Mobile Suit Gundam. Not to mention all the posters. Oh yes, and tentacles have become something of a thing with me, to the point that on some communities I'm personified by tentacle pits. Or just tentacles. Because tentacles are awesome, even in a non-ecchi situation. Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn, and all that. ^_^
