So if you're not douche to me I'm not your friend?  O^O

Anyway, welcome new members.

It's different with people I know online.  My friends offline are people I've known for over 10+ years.  Plus, my douchebaggery comes across my freely & spontaneously with random comments offline.  (...except for Michelle.  We're douchebags to each other every time we talk.)

For me, being a douche is because of my hobby of studying "the human reaction."  It's why I was a master of annoying people in high school.  Heh, my problem is that I...really don't care if I hurt people's feelings or not.  That's why I have the offline friends that I do, because I know that they can take it, as well as dish it out back at me.

I'm a douche to all my friends.  Especially Ninja Lou.  But really, he deserves it.

Including the whole sending a bounty hounter after him and turning him into Quicky's desk thing?

Oh, and welcome to RPM new guys.

My life is currently bears and Jojos and everything is great.

I am all in favor to being polite, really

FUNFACT: in real life i used to be a barmaid. I have two years of experience of working with people. It's what i -like- to do. I am very much able to being tactful, and I am so when it is needed or the only appropriate option.

But all that the same time, in my personal and social life, I have made it my sworn duty to make sure people don't take themselves too seriously. I don't like assholes who have way too much of an ego.

If I had met you before high school I'd probably would've hated you a lot. I seriously couldn't take anything back then.

No it does not.

All it does is create a bunch of turdblossoms who believe it their right to crush anyone in their way so that everything goes in their favor. They feel justified of that just because they exist.

And that's terrible.

I believe that's a different Egotasticaly Assholism than what he was refering to.

The question is, what DIDN'T he do?

And what's funny is, I'm actually not the worst of my friends, in terms of insults & not caring about other's feelings.  No, that honor goes to my friend JoshMack, who is the most morally inept person I've ever met.

On this subject, my (slightly younger) brother is quite possibly the most callous, unflinching, offensive little bastard I know. He'll say quite literally anything that comes to mind, regardles of how many people he offends in doing so; in fact, I think he takes it upon himself as a personal challenge to be as insensitive as he possibly can.

And the thing is, he isn't actually a nasty person - he makes friends a lot easier than I do, because he's such a Magnificent Bastard that he can say anything he likes and still get away with it. He quite literally doesn't give a [parasitic bomb] what people think of him...if you try and insult him back, he'll either shrug it off or retort with something even more caustic in return. I frequently have to remind him, to little effect, that there are some things you just can't say in polite company. He doesn't care, of course. If he thinks it'll earn him a reaction, he'll say it.

Personally, I believe in a modicum of gentility. I see myself as part of a dieing breed of romantic gentlemen, so I prefer being nice to people unless they earn my scorn. I sometimes act like a bit of a sarcastic dick online, but I'd like to think I'm actually a nice guy...I love helping people, at any rate, and I'm tolerant of just about everybody's beliefs and lifestyle choices (provided they don't try to force me to change what I'm comfortable with myself).

I guess people will often assume you're a wimpy pushover or naive moron if you don't forsake emotion and pretend you're a Deadpan Snarker. Which kind of irks me. But I suppose not everybody can be tolerant of The Little Guy.

I suppose I'll end up attracting a bit of ire for this, for one reason or another. Oh well. Just wanted to voice my opinion.

I just wanted an excuse to say something cynical for once. n_n;

The irksome thing is, my brother isn't stupid. Far from it. He could be a criminal genius if he put his mind to it. D=

Einstein, right?

Y'know, now that I think about it and consider my sense of humour, and I'm a wierd combination of Deadpan Snarker and Jerk with a Heart of Gold.

I mean well, and never intend to offend anyone (most of the time), but I always seem to whenever I'm just being me.

Because I'm a naive twat, like all other idealists in the world.

Honestly, though, I find it difficult to imagine myself ever contributing to anything in a major way. My talents are usually overshadowed by others who will always be better than I am. I'd find it difficult to imagine anybody actually gives a bollock about my opinion.

Oh well, enough whining from me.

Hello new people.
