"Man, I forgot how long this desert can go on for. Or...maybe I'm walking around in circles." Wanderer laughed at the fact she may be lost in her own desert.
She then looked to the sky almost suddenly as if being called, eyebrow raised. Was that the feeling someone gets when their friends are in trouble? It was as if a force was tugging at her, almost pulling her off the ground. There certainly was something up and she needed to find out what it was.
"Ahhh, I remember the old days when I would have to hitch a ride on a rocket to go where I needed..." Wanderer reminisced as she left her hand to the sky. "Come on, get your butt down here." She said.
A giant black orb suddenly burst into existence behind the girl, sporting only a painted eye symbol on its shell. "You rang, your highness?" A deep voice uttered from the ball.
"Yeah, I need to get to Earth. Is the board all fixed up?" She asked without looking behind her.
"Yes, your highness. I'm surprised there was anything left to salvage after your escapade. You really should pick your fights better, with all due respect." The orb advised.
"Yeah yeah, they were the ones who chased ME to the Cosmic Wall." She added
"Your highness, you had invaded the airspace of the Big Swell. All beings know that the center of the universe is strictly off limits. That is to be the sacred battleground and death of Time." The orb bellowed as it ejected a forest green jet board attuned with a gear style.
"I did my homework, Vaporbot. You know I've gotta see these places with my own eyes." Wanderer said as she started the board up and slip goggles over her eyes. "Gotta keep myself busy, else I get bored." She said then suddenly blasted off across the sands and then into the sky.
"And we all know how you get when you're bored, miss." Vaporbot said to itself, phasing out of that plain of existence.
Wanderer broke the sound barrier heading into space and when the coast was clear, she warped into the direction of Earth. Luckily, it was one of the only planets she actually had clearance to. She never welcomed the intergalactic donut faces that would follow otherwise. The distance between RPM and Earth was never a wide one but it always seemed to take forever getting to Electolopolis from space. Hours later of cruising through space, Wanderer arrived at her destination. The Earth looked beautiful as always but there was still something amiss and her friends ware here amongst it all. She dove toward the planet hoping to get into radio space with someone here.

Wanda sat back up, trying not to fall asleep. She sighed and looked down at what would be her Sandile but there was nothing cradled in her arms. The blonde haired girl looked up again and realized that no one was there in the room. She had just closed her eyes for a minute! Wanda slowly got up and hobbled over to the door and opened it to call out to anyone in the hall. She opened it and then closed it at almost the same time. Her back pressed up against the door, her chest filling and deflating. Her eyes were wide and her face was covered in sweat. This wasn't the pokemon center anymore. The conclusion was even more concrete when the room was now a long checkered hallway.
"W-What? This...isn't...." Was all she could say before the door behind her started to be pounded on from the the other side. Those...things were trying to get to her. There was no other way, she had to leave Sandile behind wherever he was...so she ran for it! The door burst open and from the mess of creatures shot out grotesque looking handcuffs. Wanda looked back, still running toward the end of the hallway. The light at the end was the only way out. She jumped and tried to dodge the cuffs as she bolted toward the light, pinching at her ankles, waist, neck, and wrists. The hallway twisted and flashed colours, making Wanda's travel harder. Finally, she reached the end of the tunnel and the light grew brighter. She could finally escape and be free! Instead, she slammed hard into a wall of the same checkered pattern. The exit turned out to be just an illusion, the light just being an sighthole...She had been going nowhere the whole time. Wanda panicked and looked through the hole to see the people of the room in the place she had disappeared from. One was holding Sandile and all were looking for her. She tried yelling through the hole but it was covered by glass. Wanda gasped in pain as one of the giant handcuffs grabbed her waist and pulled her away from the sight of the others. She struggled and tried to twist free but the other restraints grabbed her limbs and pinned her to the ground. "No! Nooo! Let me go! I...I didnt do anything!" Wanda screamed as the middle cuff pinched her waist. Then suddenly, the cuffs retreated and the door they came out of had disappeared. There was nothing but the hall she was left to writhe in...that began to twist. She quickly got up and ran back to the hole to look out but it had disappeared as well. The walls closed in on her but not without a fight from the panicking girl. The walls had become elastic and became harder to push back. Soon her arms couldn't fight back anymore and gave way to the constricting force and was unable to move. The skin like wrap opened at her eyes and mouth just in time for her to chains flying at her. The chains wrapped around her more than enough to cover her almost fully. She was then put in a box, then thrown out into a body of water. Her silent struggle went on and on and on.
Wanda and Sandile sat asleep against the wall.
