Challenge Mode / Shooting Star Rockman 3: Black Ace/Red Joker Challenges

Here's the lowdown. This thread is for all the challenges you can come up with. Be it defeating a mettenna in the least amount of time using a standard card to taking out Joker without using your buster. Post ANY challenge you want, and if you'd like, make a badge for it! That way, you can prove you did it.
Requirements:
It has to be an Achievable task; You can't make it virtually impossible to complete. Keep it Fair and within reachable parameters.
No cheat device; You cannot, and I repeat CANNOT use any form of cheating device to complete another person's challenge. If such occurs, your Challenge Complete Badge is to be removed ON THE SPOT.
It has to have playablity; Simply put, your challenge has to be capable of being even so much as be able to be attempted.
Proof Needed: If you DO complete a challenge, you should provide proof to tell you have completed your challenge or someone else's challenge.
Lastly, have fun with it!
Here's one for starters, inspired from my friend Prower42:
The Challenge: Defeat Crimson Dragon (Form 1) with only your buster.
Limitations:
Jokr/AcePrgrm cannot be used;
This means no noise transformations, no multi-noising, no finalizing.
No Usage of Chips or Brotherbands/Opponent Noises
Chip-Altering Programs are not to be installed.
(Prower42, if you recall any other stipulations you had for this, let me know)

Challenge Mode / Biohazard 4 Acheivement Challenge.

Well, this is good achievement, my friends. 
As you all know, Biohazard (or Resident Evil in the NTSC and PAL regions) 4 has a mode known as "The Mercenaries", which is a mode in which you have to kill as many Los Granados as you can in any possible way. There are 5 total playable characters:
As you all know, Biohazard (or Resident Evil in the NTSC and PAL regions) 4 has a mode known as "The Mercenaries", which is a mode in which you have to kill as many Los Granados as you can in any possible way. There are 5 total playable characters:- Leon S. Kennedy
- Ada Wong
- Jack Krauser
- HUNK
- and
- Albert Wesker
Each of them has a unique Close-Range attack, and for the latter 3, I've made three unique achievements to show you've done the challenge (which I will explain, so hold your horses)
Kill at least 50 Grandos using Krauser's Super Attack as a final blow
Kill at least 50 Granados using HUNK's Neck Snap as a final blow
Kill at least 50 Granados using Wesker's Thrust Punch as a final blow
and with those, you get this:
Kill at least 50 Grandos using Krauser's, HUNK's, or Wesker's close range finisher

Here's the challenge:
Beat High Max inLess Than 2 Minutes The Quickest Time Possible
Additional conditions:
Cannot use armors
Yammark Option and Magma Blade Only (default weapon can also be used)
Try to have at least 30% health left
Good Luck
Just to be a little nice, I'll even tell you how to take him down under these conditions.
X:
The way you take HM down with this is fire a FULL charge buster shot (or a fire with the ultimate buster), and then use Magma Blade(the fire weapon)
Zero:
The opposite of X's strategy
Other Tips: If HM deploys his shield, just duck; You can't hurt him when he's shielded. If he charges an orb and charges at you, do the same. If he centers himself to the screen, which occurs when he is near dead, the Yammark Option is the only thing that hurts him. There, that oughta help.

EXE / Idea for a new Rockman EXE Game

First of all, I'm not stating I'm making one or planning on making one, I'm simply stating a few ideas for such.
P42 and I came up with several ideas, many of which I don't remember, being it was a while ago.(try and remind me, Prower).
Now, to fit some of the theme of the Anime, I think the game should be an Action MMO, like Atrix Online. Also, there's a special way you create a navi at the beginning of the game;
First, you make the basic outfit of the Operator and Navi
Next, you create the PET
Then, you set the default weapon of your Navi (if not selected, would be the classic buster.)
Then, you roll stats
Lastly, you create the emblem of your navi, which makes you unique
In terms of net exploration, I think It should be virtual representations of actual websites rendered by the game.
The viruses in the game would either appear at random, like the classic RPG style, or you can find real viruses and eliminate them.
Which leads me to my next point, this game should also double as an anti-virus tool. That way, you could stop real net criminals, and delete viruses from your PC at the same time!

Entertainment / Top 5 One Piece Sword Users

One of the first villians of the One Piece storyline; a merman who had once tried to take Nami away from the crew and stop the Straw Hat Crew's quest for One Peice all together. He has a huge sword made of shark teeth that can take down someone when it slams someone straight into the wall of Arlong Park. He's crazy powerul.
#4 Red-Haired Shanks:
The guy that inspired Luffy to be a pirate in the first place. Now what makes this guy so special? HE FIGHTS WITH ONE ARM!!! Now how did he lose his arm? From saving Luffy from a Sea Lord and inspiring him to be a pirate. Regardless of him only having one arm, he can kick some serious butt by combining ninja tactics with party-boy attitude. Plus, he can finish a person off with only a boost from his ship by sending his blade straight into the ground and sending his enemy skyward. Who could compete with that? Let's find out.
#3 Chaser:
Navy Captain and Tashigi's Commander, this Navy guy is incredible not just in using his sword, but also his sword in general, which is a Truncheon, an odd blade with an even odder hilt guard. Plus, he incorperates this with his Devil Fruit, the Plume Plume fruit, which allows him to turn his body into smoke! Plus, what law enforcer is without a ride? Chaser has a 3 while bike which is powered by his smoke abilities called the Smog Hog. Now that's versistility.
#2 Roronoa Zolo:
He was bound to end up somewhere on this list. This guy is most amazing with his sword versitility. This guy uses not 1, not 2, but 3 Tornado Fang'in swords! Plus, while he uses two with his hands, he holds the third in his mouth! Plus, he has a whole lot of sword techiques like Triple Sword Soaring Pheonix and Single Sword Lion Strike. But who can top this 3 sword weilding equlivilant of Tengu Man? The guy he's trying to beat.
#1 Hawk-Eye Mihawk:
If you don't know who this guy is, allow me to give you a few hints; He's one of the 7 Warlords of the Sea, he looks like a musketeer, he has a gigantic blade, sounds French, and he's Zolo's only remaining obsticle of becoming the best swordsman of the 7 Seas. His sword is amazing in many ways. For one, his exclusive backup is a gigantic wave he creates with his sword that chases his foe around. He can hold this massive beast with 1 hand, for lord's sake! Hard to believe one of the most powerful people of the Seas is one of Shank's best friends. Lastly, is the way he does a guy in with his sword. First, he stabs his foe with a knife he carries around, then he does a cat's eye trick and continues to slice his foe. And lastly, he slices his foe, sends him or her up through a ship, and then as he walks away, his foe is crushed by a cannon! How much more can this guy lay the smackdown on people?

X / X9: Will it ever be?

The title says it all. The reason I'm asking this is obvious for anyone who's played X8. How? Because if you finish off Lumine with Axl, the true ending is unlocked, which reveals her impaling his head crest, leaving behind a virus. Thus, just like Legends 2, It is left with a cliffhannger! Will Axl become a Maverick? Will Zero ever find peace? Will X become the most powerful reploid on the planet?
