Also, in MM9 ending you can notice Bass blueprints. MM7 introduced Bass.

I remember this. Although, I was confused when saw four capsules (didn't notice fifth) and Bass blueprints.
Other question: Inti was lazy to include MM&B boss in Wily Archive?

The room's symmetrical lay out implicates about eight capsules.

Nothing to do with laziness, the three by three set up of Weapon Archive does not facilitate a tenth entry.
