As usual, I bring the bearer of *possible* bad news (Some actually found it as a joke). (http://www.aceshowbiz.com/news/view/00022871.html)
Stephine Meyer, you doomed us all.. again. First that "manga" (I wouldn't call it a manga, it's too "Chris Heart" artwise). Now this. Someone shut this franchise down now or so help me there will be a real life Vampire Wars between Twitards and Hellsing fans.
Thank GOD we only have one book left before this franchise could end.

Shtphanie Meyer can go choke, and this "graphic novel" is stupid. Although I haven't read it, I still have a right to say that because it is part of the Twilight series. All things Twilight are a prodigious crock of [parasitic bomb].
And that's no graphic novel, the art style is a [tornado fang]ing pathetic joke.
Also, the fanbase can go to hell.

I'm happy for this.
Twilight's basically a romance anime with a screwed-up plot. It fits the plot like a glove. Bella's a Mary-Sue klutz, Ed's an emo bishonen, and the battles would look good in anime.
If Twilight had started as an anime, trust me. There would be far less haters.

I tried to look for a good manga at Barnes n Noble (which seems to be slowly decreasing, for some odd reason), but instead after searching, I found a whole table dedicated to Stephine Meyer' Twilight book series.
..That was the last straw for me, Mr. Hiryu(le), I don't like a novelity getting shoved into my face, you know. :P

I've read every single one of the Twilight book series. They are pure comedy gold. The first book introduces the creepy and abusive relationship. Second book? A pause in the abusive relationship so she can hang out with gay werewolves who pat each other in the ass all day in a very shirtless bishonen way. Third book? A whole WAR between vampires, werewolves and all kind of [parasitic bomb] happens FOR HER SAKE. For the sake of a Mary-Sue protagonist that hasn't got the ability to do anything in the first place. Fourth book? This one takes the cake. They get their own island in a honeymoon, he breaks her ribs having monster sex, has to turn her into a vampire because vampire pregnancy happens in minutes and babby grows fast, and he has to eat her belly out to get the baby, Alien style! Then in the end, the baby suddenly is thinking in telepathy and acts like an adult, so the werewolf dude who was in love with Bella suddenly stops being in love with her and starts being in love with her baby. Oh, yes. NEWBORN PEDOPHILE WEREWOLF!
This series has so much WHAT THE HELL that it breaks my mind in half sometimes.

try borders. they usually have interesting Mangas.
I have yet to see a borders in my area (again, it's Boca of Florida), unforutunately. And yes, the Twilight book series has a far more convoluted plot series than Geass' novelization (Geass has those multi-story things going on, gets really confusing) and one of Marvel's comic book plots by itself. XD

It's official: Breaking Dawn is literary kitsch, the worst of the lot. What the hell is going through Stephanie Meyer's mind, I don't know, I don't give a flying [tornado fang], but THIS is definitely the centerpiece of the series in a bad way.

If I remember correctly that same person did one of those quick rewrites of the first Twilight book, and it ended with 'Plot' committing suicide. XD
Seriously, the series is just horrible, I mean, sure it got tweens to read, but they could've picked something better. >.< My sister in law has them, and while a two hour drive back from the beach, she and her mom began talking about them... Felt like the longest trip ever...

Yeah, someone I use to work with read 2 1/2 of the Twilight series. He stopped half way in the 3rd book cause he couldn't stomach anymore. He told me everything that went on from what he read, and as he described it to me I kinda wanted to punch him in the face to make him stop.

Also, I can attest to how bad the books are. I already spoiled myself for the series so I knew what to expect, but the farthest I ever got to reading through the books is chapter 8...And that was a summary of someone else reading the book.
Seriously, it's that bad.
Also, Meyer describes Bella using the internet to do research on vampires, and she internets horribly.

There's already too much parody. People with sense KNOW the books are bad. The other day, I went to the bookstore, and I saw 3 different books which were 3 different parodies of Twilight. Twatlight, Twilite and another one I can't remember. I really have never seen a book being parodied so hard ever before in my life.

The books themselves are already accidental parodies of epic proportions. They take the worst possible traits of online fanfictions and mishmash them into the creepiest, most accidental piece of Mary-Sue comedy ever. My Immortal is easy mode compared to this.
