For example, you can easily kill the shisaroids with Rospark as long as you turn away when they jump in the first fight. Fight two it will not work.
Bifrost can chomp away at the carrier on Queenbee and block her missiles/bees.
Bifrost clears the blocks in the last area easily.
Rospark> Snake Miniboss.
Etc.

Translation:
Let's justify and talk up a gimmick that does nothing to enhance gameplay.
[hard knuckle] that.
-
Quite the touchy one aren't you?

Either way, they are a bit more useful than let on, especially if experimented with. The game's system of canceling invincibility on bosses for new moves makes great for mixing and matching.
-
Chronoforce owns the game! Love it.
-
Those aren't Biometals...
theyre A-Trans'
-
Yeah, it's not that the "A trans" aren't all useful or damaging enough to use.
It's that some are TOO useful *cough* CHRONOFORCE *cough*
-
Some are too useful, some aren't useful enough. It's really unbalanced...
-
Yeah.
The game would be far better balanced if Chronoforce's charge move was to shoot the miniCronos and not to freeze time.
It's a shame, but lot's of MM games have their "metal blade" effect.
-
Chronos takes his good amount of WE though. and on hardmode, god damn.
We're talking ALL of them, not just Chronos.
-
all of them
-
I never use A-Trans except for the gimmicky [parasitic bomb] once in a while, or ZX/H/F/P/L, etc
-
copper, zinc, iron, magnesium, etc. are obscure?
-
it would seem so.
-
I'd have to actually wanna replay the game to justify it
-
lol, OIS > Metal Blade.
-Elpis
-
I don't know. Would OIS bounce off of quickman as well?
Either way, this topic is a bit derailed....
-
Its been derailed ever since you made it,
since
Biometals =/= Trans-Ons
-
Trans-Ons
And that's not a word. >.>
-
you GET what I mean, smart ass.
-
You obviously mean A-transes. *shot*
-
*blows smoke from tip of gun*

D:
You killed Zan!
Now what will happen to all the Rockman knowledge!?
-
You killed Zan!

Game over man.
Now we'll have threads asking if X or Copy-X made the Pantheons or something, and it'll never get answered. The topics will just go off track at the speed of light.
-
Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated.
And X probably did, Pantheons originally were not made for combat.
-
Is that why they are so weak?
I rather liked the concept art of them being more like a mind control device that latched on to a reploids face. I remember seeing that somewhere. I think in ZCW.
-
mass production model of a pacifist war machine.
gee where have i seen THAT.

I liked this idea too. It really shows Neo Arcadia's forceful slave-driving tractics; making use of refugee reploids
to locate the resistance base and save on manufacturing more themselves.
-

Combat or not, I don't see the original X having that big of an ego as to mass-produce degenerated copies of himself.
But I guess one never knows...
-
Well, from solely ZERO1's perspective it certainly was Copy-X (or evil X). Who knows how that translates to the current canon. But you're right, I guess Copy-X did during the time he was not genocidal.
-
In the back of my mind, I knew people would end up discussing the example I used.
I knew it.

You should feel proud. >0<
