Also, if the pictures sucked, then they would not look official now would they?

Who made these claims?

I've seen many people say an okay image was of a quality high enough that X company should hire them.

All the time.

I can't do it as well.

May I ask the two of you how you get these nice effects?

I don't know Sub-Tank's secret, but I spend hours playing in Photoshop with textures and different brush settings to make new custom brushes.

I'm sure the Cap'n will fire back at Sub Tank, creating an art war the likes of RPM has never seen.

...no? Okay.

We've already seen this war. It ended up with amnesia and rubber ducks.

Building myself a new PC to run the glorious master race games.

Nothing else console wise aside from Uncharted 2. Everything else is pretty subpar.

If it plays anything like Smash, it'll be fun, but at the same time, everything else about the game will really kill the enjoyment.

It's a much faster than the recent offering of Smash Brothers. The stages are also crazy interactive. There are your calm moments where you and the others basically duke it out, but eventually a hazard pops up, or there's some object in the stage that you can interact with to turn the fight in your favor. Several stages also do transitions. And proper transitions mind you, none of that Fire Emblem crap you saw in Brawl.

The sewer level for example. One moment you're fighting in the sewers when a torrent of water pushes all players into another area with platforms that push you away from falling water, and a giant alligator that guards the bottom and pops up every now and then to take out any unlucky S.O.B still at the bottom.

I didn't get a chance to learn much of the move sets yet, but it's pretty simple to get in and have fun, and if you get caught in some annoying juggle, you'll be given a chance to break out from it and counter attack. However, there are some problems where you could end up being cornered by a character if they kept spamming a certain attack. I believe there was a counter to the situation but I didn't have time to properly try it out. There are items that enhance or give you special abilities such as the ability to breath fire to further increase your arsenal attacks.

The game doesn't have the same knockback like system in Smash Brothers, but that's expected with the vitality system. You want to pummel your opponents, not send them flying. However, this is actually a welcome benefit since now you'll be spending a majority of the time fighting rather than playing mind games to try and launch them out.

This game is also visually stunning. There's so much fancy effects going around, and it helps that the stage actually helps in the fight. So not only is it nice to look at, but you can also use it as a distraction or an obstacle against your opponent. I couldn't really judge the music or sound effects of this game, didn't really pay attention to them.

Overall this game is very fun and I'm looking forward to the final release. Still hate those god damn Rabbids though. (Although, they were not playable in the build that I tried.)

I'm assuming this is where we post our works.

640 is what I'm calling all my threads now, since I do a majority of my stuff 640x480.

RE5, Bionic Commando... >.>

But those were good.

The only thing bad about Bionic Commando was the plot twist and the final boss fight.

So your actually putting faith in what they tell you he said.

Yes, because I actually recalled all three of those mentioned. I don't have any proof of the thread in question, but the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 thing kicked back my memory.

They're police officers.

They'll speak to them with respect.

Or end up in handcuffs.

And possibly a beating.

I don't believe it's speculation on future planning. Capcom Guy is saying that it is really happening. I'm glad that older thread with Capcom Guy was found to help back up his validity.

I suppose we can only hope it gets announced at TGS this year.

He basically just goes on showing the development kit and tries to explain the Tekken joke half the time. The thread has hardly anything about his claims aside from Legends 3 at E3. According to other fellow /v/ goers however, he mentioned the following in a separate thread.

Dark Void will be the next Bionic Commando - By next, he means hyped up gameplay that won't deliver in retail or critical acclaim.
Marvel vs. Capcom 3 - It's in development, but won't be announced for quite a while yet.
A New EXE/Starforce game - He did not specify that it was a cross over, just grouped them together as if they were the same game.

Only thing that came true was a new EXE/Starforce game, which was the cross over. Dark Void and MvC3 though...um... yeah. Whether he had more claims, I'm unaware of however, but that's all I got at the moment.

So at the moment, his credibility is still up in the air.

Love the noises.

Yup, I remember the guy. Here, Capcom Guy's previous topic prior to E3:

Oh awesome. I remember that thread.

Time to give this boy a read.

I'm not naive friend. You're preaching to the choir here. I've been pointing it out since the very beginning that this is 4chan and that it should be taken with a grain of salt.

My question hasn't been whether Legends 3 is confirmed, it's if anyone remembers Capcom Guy and his previous claims.

Anywho, screen cap of the relevant parts of the thread.

Full thread here (Only thumbnails work, everything else should 404.

And ZX Extremus? Seriously? Who the hell fell for that?

What I want to know is if anyone recalls Capcom's previous claims and if any of them came true.

Remember, it was on 4chan that the DSi was leaked and later confirmed as true.

Capcom Guy is full of crap. He said there will be Dash 3 on E3, and there was none.
I don't believe him.

"Legends 3 wasn't announced at e3, but the rest was. The .EXE sequel I talked about was announced briefly after e3, the rest all occured.

Corporate didn't want to announce it yet."

"Why would I get everything right and just [tornado fang] with you guys on Legends 3? I don't hate you all quite that much"

I've got the entire thread screen capped as well. (Well, minus a missing few gay mega man images). I'll upload them tomorrow.

Unfortunately I have to head off to sleep now. It's 5:35 am and I need some rest, so if anyone is willing to get some more info out of him, that would be delicious.

Once again though, 4chan, /v/, trolling. Don't get your hopes up.

And like a candle in the wind, he's gone.

Thread saved as a .jpg for future "I TOLD YOU SO"ing.

And he's back.

So according to Capcom Guy, the game is in development for the Wii and being localized at the same time in order to reduce the release window between regions. An announcement should come by the end of the year at the latest from Capcom of Japan. Apparently, a trailer for E3 was completed, but it had no gameplay footage whatsoever, and well, E3 has come and gone. If you recall however, Capcom of Japan skipped E3 this year due to swine flu.

Again, 4chan, /v/, trolling. Take it with a two tons of salt, maybe some boiling lava too.
