My favorite MM artist is whoever drew the PSX manual/official art.

Anyone know this artist's name?  (I'd pay him my life's savings to draw the RMs from 7, 8, R&F, 9 and 10)  (or wish some fans would try & copy his style for fanart)

Fan Creations / Request: Time Man and Oil Man in "official manual" style art

Before the "reboot," Gauntlet from Mechanical Maniacs graciously shared his "official manual" style art of the MM DOS PC bosses.  They were meticulous and brilliant, and for me are the unofficial official art for those PC bosses. 

So now, only Powered Up's Time Man and Oil Man lack "official manual" style art (without the chibi twist).  But, I want to remedy that (though I have no artistic talent)  Gauntlet said that he is not inclined to do these 2 presently. 

As help, here is the art we have so far:
