To get the Secret Super Training, you just have to fully train your Pokemon (max its EVs out; the bar on the right side of the screen will be full when they're maxed and the game will notify you).

Got a busy day today, so I might not get around to spreading Pokerus until this evening. After Tony and Norman are infected, I'll infect a couple more carriers and some additional fodder. Clock's ticking for the team, but I'll still have carriers.

I caught Mewtwo today.

It was...surprisingly easily actually. Only took a Paralyzing Dragonbreath and a Crunch, then one Ultra Ball.

I just used the Master Ball on Mewtwo. Seemed like the best time to use it. I've never had any luck finding shiny Pokemon.
A friend of mine caught a shiny Cubone back in Gen III though.

Oh, I LONG SINCE finished my Honedge breeding. I went with Relaxed, though. Eviolite Doublade makes one heck of a tank.

...nobody specific comes to mind, unless by some miracle you have Vulpix or Fletchling with hidden abilities. Otherwise, any trade fodder will do. Ditto and MS Dratini are in the love shack now.
