The best system region overall is the Japanese one because it's not the consoles themselves that are region-locked, it's the games themselves. Developers choose what region to code the games in. Luckily, there exists Asian releases of games that are have regionfree coding to them and should work on all systems.

In the end, Sony made a good decision with the PS3 and Vita. But I was hoping that multiple accounts could be used on the Vita, just like on the PS3.

If only my brother didn`t gave away his old (U.S.) 360 to a friend of his and RRoD on him later, it would help me get rid of all the online Achievements (especially Senko no Ronde's). And unfortunately was the old Elite model, not the S model that I got. Really wish I could get a Japanese 360... :|

Also I thought a European 360 would be good enough to cover some NA games. Which games are planning on getting?
