I did not actually made per se; it was made using a flash program create.swf on Walfas.org, which some Touhou fans be familiar with. And by the way, that Cirno, one of the greatest idiots of Gensokyo.

How did this news end up turning into everyone's opportunity to slandering a banned member of the Rockman PM forum is beyond me. 
Yes, I hate his ideas of that fangame as much as the next person (if not more), and was the one responsible for insulting [erka:es] and Rosenkreuzstilette, but he has certain learned from his mistakes. Though still question to this day he even calls himself "a hardcore fan of Rosenkreuzstilette" after what he did in the past when he was a total douche.

I've played the first one, too... on emulator. :b And I love it. Though I do plan to buy the VC version if I ever get anymore Wii Points. I'm just 1,000 short after buying Mega Man 9 (plus DLC) last December with the very first Points Card I've ever gotten. Which is funny because the news of Mega Man 10 came up just when I finally get to play MM9 after a long time of waiting... ~_~ The reason I want to buy the VC version of Sin and Punishment is because I don't like the fan-translated version of the game as much as NST's translation, even though I already knew how to navigate through the menus with the translations, but there's graphical emulation problems that I prefer to be away from since it takes away from the experience. With the help of my older bro and Amazon [dot] com, I'll be sure to get SaP2 sometime soon after its English release.

I'm a 18-year-old male Pisces/Sheep (or least I will be 18 until by the end of February). I'm straight, but I don't mind homosexuals 'cuz I'm not a homophobe. I'm a quiet guy, so I don't take to often and I'm a man of a few words.
I love anime and manga, my favorite series are Lucky Star, Azumanga, Code Geass, Gurren Lagann, and so on... When it comes video games, I usually play RPGs, platformers, arcade shooters, and fighting.
I believe flat-chest anime/video game girls like Konata (Lucky Star), Luste Teuber (Rosenkreuzstilette), and Osaka (Azumanga Daioh) owns. Though girls with large breast like Izuna from Izuna: The Unemployed Ninja series are okay in my book.
