Heh, if you look in pic of the Bridget, Sato... the first Hazama cosplayer we saw is in there.

Needless to say my bro was pretty happy that I got Legends 2 autographed...

Props to you PB for liking Zone of the Enders, which is another series that will hopefully get a 3rd installment somewhere down the line.

Right now, I got an illness that will not go away. Because the only cure is SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI 4. Not Persona. Not even Devil Summoner (much as I love it).

Make it happen, already, Atlus. My PS3 hungers for that mysterious listing that got onto Amazon.jp a month ago! 8D

I have a feeling you and I will get to be very good friends... :P

With that being said, I never delved in to the new generation SMT games as much. Tried Persona 3 and dropped it like a rock as I'm admittedly not a fan of that style of gameplay, and the new tone really put me off. (Yeah, I'm one of those fans... go ahead and sue me)

Strange Journey is looking to be a nice breath of fresh air for me as I've been latching on to the snes games and the first two Persona games for so long.

...Am I the only one that likes Dudley's English voice?

I happen to think it's fine, I don't know what all the panic is about...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTvYabn0LhE&feature=channel Iphone action.

I was able to download Street Fighter II on my old EnV, so this isn't really anything too new. Looks a lot more playable on the iphone though.

S-I-S-I-G-A-M-I! SHISHIGAMI BANG BAAAAAAAANG!!!

Yeah, I knew you'd love Tsubaki's theme... also you've inspired me to try and draw Litchi all gangsta like. Perhaps I'll even throw some bling on her...

I kind of know how you feel, when Calamity Trigger first came out I would play as everyone consistently. Then I picked my main at the time (Ragna) and my list of characters shortened; I couldn't play as Tager because his gimped speed is way too much for me to withstand (and the magnetism doesn't make up for it in my eyes). I don't play as Noel or Jin due to how noob friendly they are and I was getting angry at Noel's plethora of invincibility frames and Jin's Gale and freezing duration. Then I dwindled my list down even further when I stopped playing as Tao because of her low damage output and the fact that I just couldn't get the hang of her drive (call me dumb). I don't play as Carl for obvious reasons and then crossed Rachel off because her play style just isn't my thing, I can never time in silpheed correctly when comboing. Lastly, I crossed off Nu because I'm just not a fan of the way she controls.

Soon after i switched my main to Bang and I've been having a lot more fun with him than I did with Ragna. His combos take tons more effort and he actually makes great use of the rapid cancel unlike a lot of the other characters, and I'm huge fan of the pressure style that he utilizes. I think i pretty much have his normal play style down, the only thing that really needs work is my execution. I'm really happy with the Continuum Shift changes, they've overall made Bang a much... MUCH better character.

Onto CS, something tells me I'm going to get sick of Hazama real quick. Everyone is going to play as him. Not just because he's a cool cat, but he looks noob friendly too. Just hide in the corners and throw chains. It's going to be no different than the spammies in CT.

When it comes out, get ready to rage on Mario... :P

Just watched it, we must keep this a secret from Lumbo as long as possible. However, knowing our luck he's already seen it, and we'll be in for one heck of a earful on Friday. :0

Thank God for the Yaoi shield Xion and Namine although it will not stop fangirls, it makes for some interesting fics. Anyway, I hope that Nojima manages to salvage what is left of the story and ties some loose ends together.

I hope so too, but with the way that it's going now he's only making the story more complicated. :P

Arakune:
- His pink costume is Bubblegum Crisis.
- His orange costume is either Citrus Arakune or Tang.
- His white costume is Sperm.
- The drill bug, as in the one you use with D, is called Debug.
- Not something in BlazBlue, but the final boss of Contra Rebirth has earned the name Arakune.

Bang:
- Yellow Bang with the pink hair is Gravitation Bang or Grapefruit Bang.

Not sure if you hear me when we play but I sometimes call the orange Arakune "Orange creamsicle Arakune" and paink haired Bang "Pink lemonade Bang". XD

Nomura is only the director for Kingdom Hearts, the writer is actually Kazushige Nojima; so you can blame him for thee complicated twist the story took during Chain of Memories.

It is a little silly how far-fetched the plot has become, but hey.. at least the games are still fun! XD

The ones that go nuts over Symphonia tend to not have played any other Tales games, which is somewhat understandable.

I know exactly what you mean, the new Megaten fans are the same way. They only play the newer games (Persona 3, Nocturne, Digital Devil Saga) and they show complete ignorance when it comes to the older games. Also I read back and understand what you said about the Destiny games, I kind've agree a little if anything (still my favorite though ^.^). ToD DC is a really good remake, give a try whenever possible.

Wow, it's kind of funny that you think that, around where I live no one ever praises Tales of Destiny at all. People seem to like Symphonia A LOT over here, a game which I think is overrated (Still excellent game though). The ToD remake is really good and the ALMBS is probably my favorite take on the battle system to date.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles, it was love at first sight with the game. After that... history was made. :P

I'm annoyed actually, ATLUS should be making Shin Megami Tensei 4, not releasing Persona 3 for the 3rd time already. >_<

I agree with you on FF VII; the dungeon games actually surprised me, I didn't think they were going to be as good as they were. That's the reason why I was so disappointed with Radiant Mythology. Never played Mythology 2 so I'm not sure if it's any better than the first one, from what I've seen it doesn't look like it.

Fxeni's not gonna like that. big time.

O_o

My first console Tales game was Tales of Legendia, which I actually really enjoyed. My favorite one is probably the original Tales of Destiny though, Tales of Eternia of pretty high of there as well. As for hand helds, I have Radiant Mythology, and if I wasn't a collector I would've burned that game to ashes a long time ago....

The port of Tales of Phantasia was meh, and the Narikiri Dungeon games were pretty decent. Tales of Vs. looks fun though, I hope that gets a US release. ^_^

And to think this only started out as a version that added a couple of extra characters. It's a good thing the PS3 went down to an affordable price now, and hopefully we'll get this in the first place. I'm still sad about the Tales of Destiny remake. :(

This game looks spectacular, currently I'm addicted to DMC 4 (trying to do everything in the game) but with the way this is looking I might have a new addiction once this is released.

I want that special edition package, too bad it's so much freak'in money. I seriously thought this game was never gonna come out, it's been so long since I first heard about it.

agreed. while S3K is my favorite game of all time, SCD isn't even on the Top 20. i don't like the feel of the game. i don't like the atmosphere. i don't like the time gimmick, either.

and shouldn't this have really gone here?

Agreed on the Sonic 3 & Knuckles part, my opinions differ on everything else you said though. I loved the dark feel and atmosphere of the game, and I even kinda liked the time gimmick. Honestly it's something I think Sonic games should explore more often. It garnered a much bleaker look while still retaining the awesome Sonic gameplay, not saying it has to be a new look for the series, just a once and while thing. ^_^

Wow, that looks really fun; the fast pace action is definitely to my liking. ^.^

Speaking of PH, that cameo he had in Homecoming was completely pointless, it angered me greatly that he was in the game, and the MOVIE version no less...

I never saw why people like him so much, Valtiel from Silent Hill 3 was much cooler.

I was really hoping Origins would've been the remake for the first game, but alas.... I was happy with what I got. The only gripe I have at the moment is that the characters look a little weird... Cybil looks totally different (if that even is Cybil) and Harry looks like a lot like Alex from Homecoming. I honestly would've been satisfied with just a re-make, not a re-"interpretation". For some reason this sounds like a really bad idea, the movie was excellent but I think it's polluting the games a little more than it should.

Wow, that's a lot of Tales [parasitic bomb] coming out! O_o

I knew Tales of Vesperia was gonna go multi-platform, there would probably be a riot if it didn't. Tales of Vs looks to be interesting, hopefully it'll be good; can't believe they already announced the next mothership title. ToV isn't even a year old yet. :0

Oh well, hopefully it'll play like a good game and not a rushed one. >_<

With KH's popularity, that's not likely to happen although there is my slight hope of KH III ending the series with a bang. I'd be saddened greatly if the series went the way of Final Fantasy.
