I remember a theory from the website that is now called Planet Megaman, that Iris would return all grown up in X5 and take Sigma's side to try to get Zero change sides.
Then there was that theory that Zero was created evil, uploaded a new memory and would turn on X when the time was right, which was proposed by the same guy that thought that Bass's memory was put into Vile.
Lets not forget the theory that Axl and Red were the same person split into two beings back when people thought that Red had the same copy ability as Axl.
I once thought the Cartoon was canon
I also thought at one time that Megaman Juno created the Reverbots.

So why exactly did mixing the Colonly virus (which was the same Sigma virus as the one on earth) with the Sigma Virus on Earth create the Zero Virus if the Zero Virus was not the original virus in the first place. I thought that the Sigma virus was the Zero virus fused with Sigma's mind and half way diminished due to his advanced circuitry.

In X8 Zero reflects his bitterness about being used to create a virus. But Sigma never used him to create a virus-Gate did. Sigma used Zero as justification for the colony incident but never created a virus from his body. So why blame him for the Nightmare?

Sigma never displayed any indication that he felt his X8 body was incomplete like he did with Final Sigma W. If So, why not wait for completion before fighting?

Do we have any official information as to why Sigma's final X8 body looks incomplete? The X6 body looked more complete than that one. Is that just raw power? And what gave Sigma the boost of confidence that he would win this time? He seemed more confident than usual and really felt that what he once described as an "eternal struggle" with X would finally end but he never specified why.

Though Zero inflicted a similar wound to one side of Sigma's face, he also tore of the entirety of Sigma's skin on the other. Therefore it would only account for one of the two scars. Furthermore, Sigma had gotten his whole face repaired after the incident. However, his loss against Zero definitely was a crushing blow to his ego and is clearly remembered by him.
It is after X's attack that Sigma left the scars he was dealt with, sort of like a symbolic gesture of how X's influenced Sigma. But in that same way, it is also a symbolic gesture toward Zero, who once inflicted a similar wound. Indeed, as we all know, it were both X and Zero that were unwillingly responsible for Sigma's change of allegiance.
Then, with his subsequent revivals, Sigma's scars never went away; he keeps on re-adding them, reminding X and Zero of their connection.
What the manga showed doesn't apply to the games, though. This is because Day of Sigma presents a completely different scenario of Sigma revealing his rebellion.
my theory was that X used his hidden power to tear the very fabric of Sigma's DNA Data with the shining finger, which resulted in Sigma having scars in every body he possessed- his head was the only thing that remained the same- the mark of his DNA and X was so powerful that he altered it.

the book actually says that 22XX, the year of CM is actually the same year of the Zero series, hence the change in art style.
This means that the Zero series actually begins in this century and not 23XX as belived by some who interpreted it 100 years after the X series to mean after CM.

One more thing I found. Inafune mentions that it was his intention from the beginning to emplement the Wily Connection. In the Maverick boss symbol which looks like a skull, it was meant to look like a cobra with a "W" shape within.

Okay I did find SOMETHING of interest.
On Pg 112 in the concept art, it says Storm Owl was a friend of Storm Eagle and hates X for Killing him. He also hated Chill Penguin because someone once confused him with a penguin.

I have it in my possession and I must say that it is...
terrible. I could not find one bit of vital information that we did not already know, and I found no commentary about the reorganization of the hunter units, how Zero was ressurrected, or anything of that nature. In fact I got LESS information from this thing than I did from the files that Servebot 40 translated years ago.
The most you get is commentary on design features. None of the mavericks have their profile like the MMZOCW did. I am quite angry right now.
So where did we get the info about the reorganization of the hunter units after X7? Its not here!! This book is as about as useful as Dr. Kevorkian at a pro-life rally. It has some things like a shout out to the "date" between Iris and Zero in the Rockman X1-6 music booklet, but nothing useful!!!

I have combined almost all megaman x footage, placed it in chronological order, supplied a soundtrack from various movies and animes, and did my best to dub Mark Gatha's voice over all of X's scenes. This movie will cover everything from the Day of Sigma to the Elf Wars.

Fan Creations / Complete X Series Anime Movie

At long last, I have completed and uploaded my entire X-Series Project, piecing almost all the anime scenes and CM scenes that span from Maverick Hunter X to the Elf Wars in chronological order. I have uploaded bits and pieces before but this is the whole thing.
I did my best to redub Mark Gatha's voice over all of X's scenes. I was mostly successful (X7 might be slightly bearable for some now).
I hope we in the Rockman Community can each find something to enjoy from this.

Braveheart
Transformers Live Action Movie
and others
Lastly, I have studied at the feet of Marshmellow Man and Zan and have noticed the flaws in my Elf Wars film. Sadly, it would require too much effort to fix it. Objections are noted.
