ZX / Can Capcom bring the zx series back?

I might come out as an idiot for this but i've been wondering for a while. Can't Capcom bring back the ZX series back? Am sure there were fans out there that asked Capcom that but am not sure what Capcom said, I know that it's been a decade since ZX adent but still fans been asking for it to be back, can anyone tell me why Capcom didn't bring back the ZX series.

I've recently found out that there was an another website about the Rockman series and it was called ciel network.
