Hey so, I would like to watch sum classic GUNDAMS.

I saw that guy with a mask, Char is his name I think, and I'm interested in the series he's from.

The question is, is that series good? Is it very long?

IS IT VERY CHEESY? Because I can't stand stuff that's too cheesy. Typical talk about "Friendship and unity" I can stand, but... it too has its limits.

So, opinions?

Besides watching Evangelion 2.0 at a local cinema, I got to watch Shakugan no Shana S 01, Shantan's Revenge and Shantan G 01.
Mind-swap is always fun, and chibis. Can't go wrong with chibis.

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Since tomorrow the first box of CODE GEASS - Lelouch of the Rebellion comes out here in Germany (which I've ordered despite already having the complete American set), I guess I will rewatch that. I have also started on watching the Original Dragon Ball.

I don't like where the second arc of Revolutionary Girl Utena is going. This Black Rose deal sounds too trope. Though the episode where Nanami turns into a cow was hilarious.

Also watching the second half of Super Gals. i.e, the half that wasn't dubbed. I miss the dub already, although Second Place sounds way better in Japanese. Mami sounds kinda dumb in both versions.

I have a lot more on my watch list, but I can't think of it right now.

Wha the Fu-
They changed the cover! I LIKED THE OLD ONE BETTER! I sure [tornado fang]ing hope they use that previous one (With C.C. and Luluser) at later time... THEY BETTER DO!

(Before you ask, Anime Virtual also has a Polish branch. If it has Polish subtitles... it will come out here in my shithole of a country too.)

Its the first season boxset, so I don't think they'll use the first R2 one until they release R2 there.

Yes, the German version does have Polish subtitles.

But technically, "Anime-Virtual" does now no longer exist. They got swallowed up by the French branch, Kaze. Therefore, the AV logo is no longer on the cover of the Geass boxes, as well as their DBZ release.

No, he meant the previous cover design that was used in early advertisement.

They scrapped that one however. The image of Lelouch and C.C. (which the German dub pronounces the way it's written and not "C2") is used on the back however.

The new, final cover looks like this:

Well, they have not even announced that on the Polish branch.
Tough, the fact that they are still releasing animu shows that it was not yet closed... I sure [tornado fang]ing hope they won't. I want to at least complete my Geass DVD Collection that will start with this DVD.

Hey, can you tell me (when you finally get the DVD) what's inside that 50 something page booklet they give with this DVD? I'm interested in it.

What's included in AV/KAZÉ's CG release are the booklets from the regular Japanese regular and the American Limited Edition releases. It's the first 3 booklets combined into one.

Finally caught up on Darker than BLACK - Ryusei no Gemini again. Can't say it really gets me though.

On the other hand, watched the first two episodes of Seitokai no Ichizon so far. [tornado fang]ing [parasitic bomb], this is awesome.

Vandread. Nice little mecha anime.   :3

Workshop/DA/YT/Photobucket なにかんがえてるの!?
So its about ass now huh? EVEN THE ASS HAS 'EXCEEDED'!

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

You may not get that much about it but its atleast deeper than first series in terms of drawing quality and plot.

I just found this online.
[spoiler]

[/spoiler]
suffice to say, I want.
However, the catch is that its region 4.
God F*ing dammit.
I dont think my DVD player is multi region...

I mean, its hard enough to find the DVD collection of this series, (im not interested in VHS's dammit!) and this one is not the right region.
...

I would probably get it anyway. Just cuz Ive been searching for the DVD collection of it for years. >_>;

As for what Im watching right now-
5D's, FMA:B and rewatching a few old animes from my list

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

So, I'm supposed to start Nyan Koi and Sora No Otoshimono.
Well, [parasitic bomb], I'm watching a lot of stuff.
Not to mention I'm getting harassed to watch Kampfer, which I really don't think I will.

Saw New Kimagure Orange Road. It's a nice movie. It's got a lot of heart. But it was a real blast from the past, too. I dunno, something about one of the characters using a beeper made me feel so much older.

After reading the recent Shelf Life on ANN, I'm curious about Popotan. No doubt it's shameless, but I want to see if it has merit.

I'm also watching The World of Narue. I'm a bit unsure about it, it feels kinda slow. But I'm sticking with it for now because Episode 2 is the dub's Crowning Moment of Funny. Was not expecting to hear Arnold in an anime dub.

Other things I'm watching:
-Revolutionary Girl Utena
-Super Gals
-You're Under Arrest
-Alice Academy
-He is My Master
-Clannad After Story
-Daphne in the Brilliant Blue
-Queen's Blade
-Kampfer
