It had been several months since Claude had arrived. He was beginning to become desperate for food, as BLU hadn't yet shipped additional supplies. Perhaps they were waiting for the rest of the team to arrive. Not being entirely human, Claude had a voracious need for live prey. Unfortunately, his only option was to eat the filthy rats dwelling in the disgusting sewer that had become his second home.
One day, Claude heard the train rumbling loudly on the tracks above. Becoming quite excited, his hopes went leaping up as he thought it may be the BLU supply train. He became indescribably more frustrated when he realized it was a passenger train, and laid eyes upon the young man stepping off of it. He thought grumpily to himself 'A Medic and a Spy. What a [tornado fang]ing stupid team.'
The Medic politely introduced himself as Henrik Albrecht, a 24 year old who had recently graduated BLU's official medical training program. Apparently, he hadn't had the credentials for acceptance into a formal medical university. Claude became increasingly bored with him as he watched the young man wander about both bases, asking curious questions about every stupid little thing he would see. That's when the gears in his head began to turn. Without even thinking about the idea of what he would be doing were he to go through with it, Claude was forming a villainous plan.
One particularly dismal evening, Henrik discovered the indoor entrance to the base's sewers. Knowing that he would without a doubt come down here to snoop around, Claude was already waiting. Fully submerged, sporting a nefarious and almost perverse grin, he waited for his inquisitive prey to approach.
It only took moments for Claude's perfect moment to strike to arrive. Suddenly snatching the young man up in his dark, twisted limbs, he held him directly in front of his own face as he slowly surfaced. Blood was so much more flavorful when consumed in the open air. At that moment, Henrik asked the only question Claude had ever felt the desire to answer.
"Wh...what are you!?"
"Something you will never tell anyone you saw. Dead men tell no tales."
He didn't have time to vocalize his agony.

The first one is really well done, and I hope you're going to add on to it!
The second one is muy magnifico. Towards the end, a note sounded just a slight off key, but that could've been intentional. Regardless, I like it a lot. I look forward to your next album! Xd

I don't know about FruityLoops, but with FamiTracker, you can import raw WAV files into the DPCM section of your song (on the far right side of the window). DPCM can have a frequency between 33kHz and 4kHz, the size will be 3.9kB and each DPCM on a song can be 8 seconds long. =w=; </wii>

This is probably way late and you might've figured it out but whatever.
The fourth column in any of the channels (the one where there's three "-" symbols in a row), is used for different effects if you don't already have them set up in the Instrument Envelope. The one for Fade Out/Fade In is the letter A, and you just press A on the first dash and you're almost set. It should look like "A00" as long as you haven't done anything. The first 0 would stand for a fade in, but since that's not what you're concerned about, you'll want to put in a number for the second 0. Higher number=faster fadeout. Also, A-F act as numbers 10-15 in case you want a really fast fadeout or something. Of course, you can always just go make a new instrument (unless you're using VRC7 as opposed to VRC6 and other extensions), and manually create a gradual decrease in volume. For me option A is easier but different people are used to different things.
Huh, took a long time to explain something seemingly simple, if you've had experience with the program.
Oh and you can control volume on individual tracks in the dash between the Note + Instrument number and the Effect dashes. Works the same way as explained before, 0-9 and then A-F for different volumes, F being the maximum.
If you need a visual example of something I can create a FamiTracker file displaying how it works.

(i'm doing so bad in this class auuuuuu). anyway my friend and i need to both come up with $700 by some point in the middle of June if we're gonna be able to transport ourselves, pay for our own food, and have any breathing room AT ALL to buy things when we're there. right now my debit account is clinging desperately to about $100, my mom keeps borrowing money. i've got about $1500 in savings, but it's all student loan money and i've been avoiding touching it. i want to spend as little as possible since i owe them back about twice that. the thing is, my mom is expecting me to give her $1000 of that for a down payment for a house she's gonna buy, so me even thinking about pulling some of that for an AC funding seed isn't the best. MAMA BE SUCKIN ME DRY LIKE AN OL GOLD DIGGA
