That was actually a Tony Daniel image from Gambit and the X-ternals #1, written by Fabien Necieza and drawn by Daniel.

He draws feet about as well as Liefeld; anatomy, too. Though, his linework is more scratch-and-scribble.

His linework had improved, definitely, but the last I had seen his work was back in the early 2000s, and he was still under the Liefeld influence.
