So who thinks this collection means a full blown ZOE 3 is also in the works?

Well, it seems to me that the collection has only been announced for the Vita.  We don't know what the 3DS game is going to be yet.

Good thing I caught wind of it at Rockin' Android's Facebook. But man, Fall is such a long way from now. Thankfully Skullgirls (and Vanguard Princess or Dust: An Elysian Tail) will keep me occupied until then. I hope the HD version of ZOE2 is the never-before-released-to-the-states Special Edition.

^It's confirmed that it is, the ZOE HD Collection will include the "Special Edition" of the 2nd Runner (the Anubis Edition it was called right?) that wasn't released to the US.

Can't wait to try it out! ^_^

It looks like NGE, only better. I've never played a Z.O.E. game, but this looks promising. I remember the Fox Engine demonstration being really impressive too.
