It looks like a HandGun/Arwing with an Army Man On top. 8D

It's a part from the GN-Arms from Gundam 00. Basically the character Lockon left his trashed suit and manually fired the huge ass cannon at his oponent. He died when it exploded afterwards though. Confirmed in the PS2 game it was from the broken helmet rather than caught in the explosion.
