Slash Man has always been my favorite from this game. Even if he's a Wolverine rip-off. >>;

I'd say turboman for this one, cool transform ability is his plus point.

Turboman is my favourite robot masters in Megaman 7, not just been favorite, he leader too.

It was really hard to pick a favorite for this one, because I like 7 of them really much. But in the end I have to go with Turbo Man for being the biggest badass, with a cool design and cool music!

Turbo Man. He's got a catchy theme and his design is all kinds of rocks! And as someone already said, Scorch Wheel can be used to burn trees! Way to stick it to those environmentalists!
