There wasn't any threads about the series in Anime & Manga board besides Haruhi-chan (http://forum.rockmanpm.com/index.php?topic=1007.0), so this will have to do.
This is about the games though. >U<

A trailer for Heiretsu on Wii just showed up. (http://www.famitsu.com/game/news/1223068_1124.html)
You get to interact and react to quick time events with the Wii Remote.
And also unlock stuff like 3D Model Viewer, and other Gallery stuff.

There's also doujin games made for the series.

i'd like to play them but i guess they are very text heavy and my japanese reading skill is set to low
-
What kind of games are they? Is it something kinda like a point-and-click or what?
-
Yakusoku (PSP) is a Dating Sim-type game, with lots of text.
Gekidou (Wii) is a Dance game, you use the Wii Remote to do arm movements. ^^
Heiretsu (Wii) is a point-n-click game with quick time event. It came out just a few days ago. </wii>

I can't wait until I have enough knowledge of kanji so I can kidnap my friend's PSP and tell her I'm not giving it back until I finish the Haruhi dating sim game. :P
Mikuru & Nagato = <3
-
The game has (almost) complete voice acting through the whole game, so you would still be able to understand what they say.
It's been a while since I played, but I think that Kyon has the voice acting too (even though you play as him). >U<
There's issues with Dating Sims these days where the player character doesn't have voice at all.

This has to be one of the most milked franchises ever for just 12 anime episodes.

NOTHING CAN STOP HARUHIISM!
...
Well, maybe except for Mikuruism or Yukiism. 8D
-
14 episodes actually, not to mention the fans has to put them in the right order after watching them once. ^^
-
Wasn't there a doujin brawling game with some actual gameplay? What was it called?
-
Yea, I guess they count too. ^^
1. "Suzumiya Haruhi no Chourantou"
2. "Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekitou"

Can you get with Kyon's Sister in the dating sim

Can you get with Kyon's Sister in the dating sim
...I like how you think.
And in other news, I wish I [tornado fang]ing knew how to do the moves in Gekitou and unlock all the (potential) secret characters, since I'm SURE the default people can't be the whole cast in the game.

Then there's these. A friend of mine (a victory-saber from Devaint Art) showed me these, yep. These games have a mind of thier own, big time.
It was a Super Robot Wars-ish tactical game featuring Haruhi (Real) and possibly Lucky Star (Super) characters, with origionals, of course.
Looking at screenies, the games were built for the PS2.

Not my fault these guys somehow get the coding to make these games.
