As far as I know. He only uses electric attacks, attacks that paralyze you and he can hypnotise people.

also, just realized that Taurus Fire is probably based off of Uranus there... the similarities are quite striking, after all...

Dude, those are awesome! If I had to make one crit, I'd say that Uranus stomach/mouth part doesn't have enough contrast, a few darker tones on the lines would do the work.
