Not sure what to play now that I've completed Dark Souls 2. I suppose I could finish all the cups for Mario Kart 8... ehh.

Missed this.

Prince of Persia 2008 is basically the only good one, brah.

E.Y.E. - Divine Cybermancy

fun [parasitic bomb].

I bought it a while ago, but figured i'd bring it up since it's on sale for 2 bucks.

i mean, it's normally 9, so not like its expensive to start, but it's real good for the price.

made with Source, so it feels like Half Life 2, though functionally nothing like it. FPS RPG. Heavily cyberpunk. The oldschool stuff though. Think Blade Runner or the original Ghost in the Shell film. Little bit of Warhammer too i guess.

it's also french. So you know it'll be pretty crazy.

Anyone play it?

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Yes, it's insane, though Hacking is so infuriating

I guess all I can really say is it isn't exactly what I'd expect out of a $4.4M game

It doesn't even have mouth animations

Finished The Walking Dead season 2 episode 3

This was by far the best episode, thus far. I felt the previous episodes were lacking, especially in comparison to season 1. But this one... wow. Clementine has changed so much, and it's actually a believable character development.

Gotta give huge props to Telltale on the storytelling front.

Got around to finishing off Bravely Default. Most of the optional fights were harder than the rest of the main game, although they got much easier to manage when I got around to picking the jobs I wanted to use (as opposed to trying to max out everything in the fights themselves).

Just about the best Final Fantasy game I've played in a while.

Starting up System Shock 2 again finally.

This game makes Deus Ex look like clunky [parasitic bomb]. Though maybe that's just bitterness from my friend overhyping DE several thousand times. I also have a huge favourable bias to anything Looking Glass Studios made. Still, SS2 feels significantly less dated in every aspect except of course graphics, though even then it really pushed some of the limits on the old Thief engine.

Finally finished Trails in the Sky First Chapter.

This actually marks the first time I've ever bothered finishing a turn-based RPG and it was well worth it. The plot and ending alone could have made the whole game for me. Pretty devastating and definitely has me hooked for Second Chapter's english release. The game play is also solid though. Only time I ever wound up properly grinding was for the final boss, so that was a relief. Being able to customize the lead character's build to anything helped.

Taking my sweet time with Shovel Knight, backtracked a couple times to get song sheets I missed on my first run of a stage and replaying some stages to amass more treasure for upgrades.

I ended up buying the gold armor (Ornate Plate), despite the description stating it was pretty much useless. It just looks so flashy and stylish, I couldn't resist! XD

I love flipping through the air acrobatically with my sparkling golden armor. Getting Super Sonic vibes.

Got my hands on Tomodachi Life. While not really a traditional game, being more of a sim game or, in the words of Peanutbutter Gamer, an iPhone app you check throughout the day, I find it very entertaining, and it has already swallowed up an entire day without me noticing.
