Well, my brother and I have discovered that his 18 month old daughter can knock out three year old boys.

We took her to a 'Discover the Dinosaurs' show for kids (Since Makala likes Dinosaur Train) and in the area marked for little kids she basically ran into a three year old boy who was also running, laid his kiester out while she was still standing. And to add insult to injury, she actually waved at him and booked it. XD

I love that kid.

That's adorable.

As for me... I'm sick from allergies.

Gonna watch The Amazing Spiderman movie with my brother and sister tomorrow.

It's going to be awesome!

The Club Nintendo Platinum Gifts are... lacking this year.
On the plus side, there's tons of stuff to choose from, including some VC Games.
On the Downside, I own all the games offered, and the two platinum exclusive gifts are Mario Playing Cards and Posters for Skyward Sword, KI: Uprising, and Luigi's Mansion 2.

I just went with the posters since it was the neatest thing there. That and it'll make up for not even bothering to redeem for my gift last year.

I just really wish they would do something cool like the SNES Classic Controller or something for the US.

Have to tried booking through a different website?  I stayed at the Hyatt for OhayoCon one year and I booked through Travelocity and it was pretty cheap.

I thought of going to MAGFest next year, but I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be able to make it. But yeah, DW. Like Quickie said, try Expedia.com or some of those sites for cheap hotels.

People were looking for better hotel prices for Celebration 6, as the prices quoted through the website were really high.  One person found a room on Choicehotels.com for cheap and I've seen rooms on Hotwire for cheap.  And like I said, I got a great deal on a room at the Hyatt (in the convention center!) for super-cheap.  Pair it with a flight, stay longer than the convention (at least a week), and you'll get a good rate.  Week-long stays offer the best rates.

Well, plans are still up in the air. The Megas forum usually has a group of members who go there and split room fees and all. So I'll have to see what's going on. Still have time. But thank you for the tips Quickie. ^^

Since I plan on going, I was told to wait until after Thanksgiving to book airfare, because Bing Travel (yes, Bing is actually good for something) has crazy deals around that time.

See you there I guess! :D

F***ing Viacom, forcing Direct TV to take Nickelodeon channels off. All they're doing is jabbing holes in their pockets and promoting pirating of the good shows, like Avatar LAB, LoK, and the 90's shows they've been airing on Teen Nick.

I'm just going to repost what I said on Sonic Retro.

Things like this make me slightly relieved that I have Charter Cable.

When it comes to big name Satellite and Cable brands all I hear about is Carriage Dispute this and Channel Dropping that.
Y'know, this is to be expected though. It is Viacom, they are essentially just a bunch of greedy money-grubbing assholes.

Luckily for me it's a little under a two hour drive for me to get there. Although I hate driving up 95 and going through DC. The roads are terrifying.

I'm hoping to be there so I gotta start saving up. But if you need help with the room cost at the hotel I'm game. I'm just going through the other travel sites to see if the deal is better then what MAGFest's rates are which is $135.00 plus $15.00 resort fees. And taxes. >.>

i just check Expedia for you, DW.

I hope it links you properly, but essentially here's a hotel that's only a 13 minute drive away from the convention center for $84 a night.

Oh, definitely look into sharing a room.  I got a room for free because I'm sharing, and even though I'll be checking out of that one before I fly home, I still got another room for next to free ($20 towards food and stuff).  You'd be amazed how many people are looking to share a room, and how many people are willing to put up with complete strangers.  Start a hotel-sharing thread or look for one on there.

RPM at MAGFest sounds like it would be fun. Heck, the guys over at the Megas forum is already talking about it. So far no one is driving up and passing through VA. =/ I really, really, don't want to drive on I-95 so if anything I'll be travelling through 301 instead.

I checked prices for a shuttle from the airport to the Gaylord which is 38.00 round trip. If I'm driving there and anyone is arriving Thursday at the Reagan airport I can probably pick you up on the way to the hotel. My car can fit up to five people. Although the one in the middle might be a tad squished. >.>

Man I wish I could go to a convention but it's so expensive since I would need a plane for some and others are during school.

Been to Celebrations 1-5 before? I'd love to see some pictures of Celebration 6 when you get back, and maybe videos of their custom R2 units!

Though, lately I kinda don't feel right, as for one I am quite satisfied that we don't have a major spriting project in the community, but bickering between MFZ and TSR because how the current incarnation of Modern Genesis looks just saddens me.

Workshop/DA/YT/Photobucket なにかんがえてるの!?
So its about ass now huh? EVEN THE ASS HAS 'EXCEEDED'!

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

Woah.
That's a lot of posts to just completely cease to exist like that.

We all delete stuff we don't actually want to delete, so its no big deal.
I was at 400+ Minutes listening to the MMBN3 Internet Theme and Winamp was being a [sonic slicer] when I plugged in a Thumb Drive so I had to shut it off.
I wanted to go to 1000+.

EDIT: Holy [parasitic bomb] I posted here so much that my rank went back down.
