Well at least more areas would be nice.

How many were in PS1 originally? Four?

1. Woods
2. Caves
3. Mines
4. Ruins

Yep, and each area had 2-3 parts, each looking a little different but still the same basic outline.

Then Episode 2 also had 4 areas

1. Temple
2. Jungle (though this one had multiple different areas within it)
3. Spaceship
4. Seabed

Yeah and this is what annoyed me. Basically, by splitting each area into 4 parts they just prolonged the ordeal without giving much visual diversity.
To me, many things just felt unnecessarily long.

Or maybe they just did because I always played alone.

LOL how did your avast! gave you a trojan warning (was the Free, Pro, or Internet Security version)? I scanned the *exe on my PC and the results came up "NO THREATS FOUND". I scanned it with Malwarebtye's Anti-Malware and it scanned the file as safe from malicious items (and the funny part is that I got trail for the full version AGAIN just now). Alrighty now, time to install this thing...

Does the option.exe work at all? I try to start the thing I and it won't start.

Great. I don't think I can play this game because of some stupid server crap I can't find the download for at Scht's site... ~.~
