Oh I see. Well I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but that list is purely speculative, compiled by Siliconera to point out potential PSN bound Capcom titles. Nothing's official. Still, I wouldn't doubt seeing those titles at some point.

Mega Man X3 is European.
Rockman 1-6 Complete Works are Japanese.
