I have a dark theme that I want to use for the Halloween season but because Micro$oft doesn't allow re-color the text in the window title bar in Windows 8 and afterwards (it was possible in 7 though), I have to deal with barely visible window titles if I use anything dark.Windows 8 is still somewhat customizable, but you might wanna check /g/ or /w/ on 4chan or ask around Reddit. I used another program (Universal Theme Patcher), but that was on Win7 (worked on Win10 as well, but there's no good themes for 10 yet)
