Gaming / Re: Sonic Unleashed

About the nicest thing I can say of Unleashed is that Sega finally, after six games, managed to work the bugs out of the 3D Sonic engine.  I personally think the game's still riddled with questionable design choices and sloppy controls.  The only speed stage I've found entertaining so far is Rooftop Run Act 1.

I think it'd be better off if the stages were fully 2D instead of the 2D/3D switching.  Have the camera aimed ahead of you at an angle at all times (as it does in the 2D segments from time to time) so you can actually see what's coming.

All that said, I'm actually having more fun playing as the Werehog than Sonic.

Am I the only one who thinks they're just making Sonic way too [tornado fang]ing fast?  Seriously, you can't even tell what's going on half the time in Unleashed.

Sonic was fast enough in Sonic Adventure.  Now they're just making him faster to the neglect of all else.

I was hopeful about L4D when I heard about it originally, but then I played the demo...

Let's just say I found the overall experience underwhelming.  The game needs a lot more genuinely creepy [parasitic bomb] like the witch, and a lot less "swarm of 30-50 zombies attacks you every two minutes."

I like to think mine is pretty damn close to reality.

but its in 720p!!!!!!!11111!!1one

Heh... I'm half-tempted, 'cause that's a hell of a lot of games for 30 bucks.

But then... that's a hell of a lot of games I'm not particularly interested in for thirty bucks, too.

Personally, this "NXE" crap seems pointless to me.  There's nothing wrong with the blade menus.

How? did you visit the Website first?

If you get the links for the images and go directly to them instead of trying to make them show up on the forum, they'll work.

The small 4's eyes are red because they're mind-controlled, yes.  Grey's eyes were red right after he was activated too, but they faded to green immediately afterward, which is when Pandora showed up talking about how the mind-control didn't work and Grey was therefore defective.

Also, PnP weren't made to -test- Model W.  Albert deliberately tortured them for centuries to drive them into enough of an insanity-driven rage to -fully awaken- Ouroboros.

If you own a Wii and do not own Twilight Princess, you deserve a boot to the head.

I own TP, but it's the Gamecube version (the -original- version, thanks much).  I didn't have a Wii when it came out.

And yet I've still had people [sonic slicer] at me for referring to her as Alouette because I had no "proof."

I guess blatantly obvious hints aren't good enough for some people.

You know, that picture of Prairie in the dress from Girls Bravo might as well have "Hi, my name is Alouette" printed under it. >_>

Honestly, if that's not proof of her identity, then I don't know what.
