*fade to the reception room of the hotel, where Dr. Light and the chief of police are repeatedly turning left and right. There is a TV at the top of the room*

*Roll, who isn't wearing her headgear, runs into the room*

Dr. Light: *frantically raises his arms up and down* Roll, you need to watch this right away!

*fade to an image of Waltz smiling deviously.

Waltz: Listen up, folks! Female robots like us don't get the same functions that male robots do, which isn't fair. Mega Man went easy on us, so don't take our power for granted. Give female robots what they deserve, or you'll never see your hero again!

*cue incredibly easy boss fight, which ends with Virtual Man getting sent falling on his butt, to a specific spot. A part of the floor blows up from underneath him, and he falls into the hole*

Virtual Man/Pop 4th fight intro (after all the female RMs are defeated, Virtual Man replaces Roll on the middle icon, and becomes selectable)

*Roll teleports in the boss fight location*

*Virtual Man teleports in and lands on his head, once more*

Virtual Man: I've got some new tricks up my sleeves

Roll: All Right this is stupid. We're not enemies, but You are started to beign so Irritating

Virtual Man: I dare to be stupid! Also, I'm Virtual Man, okay!? Let's play!

*cue slightly harder but not that challenging boss fight, which ends with Virtual Man's body parts getting sent flying, leaving his head bouncing off the screen*

Note to Gatuca: Don't worry, Virtual Man/Pop's not getting destroyed, he's just getting blown to pieces. Since he can regenerate, he may pull himself together for the sequel.

Interlude #2 (which immediately happens, after Virtual Man is defeated for the 4th time)

*Roll, Dr. Light and the Chief of Police are all gathered at the hotel's reception room*

Dr. Light: Let's see what this hologram device recorded.

Note #3: When you defeat the last female RM, you obtain a hologram device item from her.

*Dr. Light walks to a specific spot, sets down the hologram device and returns to his initial position*

*an hologram of Waltz appears from the device*

*Roll jumps back in surprise, while Dr. Light and the Chief of Police frantically raise their arms up and down*

*Dr. Light and the Chief stop, once Waltz starts speaking*

Waltz: Hello, Roll! You've had your fun, but it's my turn. Meet me for a duel, unless you're scared, if you want your brother of course!

*the hologram of Waltz disappears*

*Dr. Light closes his eyes and rubs his chin, as he ponders over this*

Roll: I'm not afraid of Waltz, so I'm gonna fight her!

Chief of Police: Stay sharp, Roll! Who knows what she can do?

Roll: Don't worry, Chief. I'll be careful.

*we go back to the stage select screen, where all the other stages become blocked off and Virtual Man gets replaced by Waltz, on the middle icon*

Note #4: The effect of the Waltz-Tank is the following: It fills up only a 1/3rd of your health and weapons energy. If your health is full, it will reduce all of your weapons energy in half!

*Roll, Dr. Witty and Waltz run, until they get into a corridor, with a cage, holding the Real Mega Man, Who is Nortally Injured, Covered With Burns, Dents and Cracks on his Helmet, and hanging at the ceiling, Roll then is Shocked and Horrirfied, then a sense of Guilty attacks her*

*Dr. Witty and Waltz stop running, once they get near a switch labelled "CAUTION"*

*fade to an image of Roll in tears and the injured Mega Man, whom the former is carrying, standing on the edge of the cliff, as they watch Witty Castle in the middle of the jungle*

*a tiny saucer is seen flying out of Witty Castle, as it starts to rumble*

KA-BOOM!

*the castle explodes into a pink-tinted mushroom cloud, shaped like Dr. Witty's logo*

*fade to an image of joy; Roll has her arms raised in victory, Mega Man (who was still injured) weakly does a thumbs-up, a happy Dr. Light holds has his hand on Mega Man's shoulder and the Chief of Police has his eyes closed and is seen laughing heartily*

Perfume Woman: Perfume Woman looks unfazed, as Plant Man uses her to spray perfume over himself.

Tai-Chi Woman: Tai-Chi Woman is sparring with Shadow Man, on the streets of a Chinese city.

Static Woman: Static Woman blissfully hugs Sheep Man's wool, while he is busy reading a newspaper.

Note #6: The reason why Protoman is holding a map, is because he was trying to find Robotonga, so that he could keep watch on Mega Man and the others. But, since he has no idea where Robotonga is, he got lost.

Might and Magic VII- even though the end was sort of wierd.  
Final Fantasy VI
Heroes III Complete

Worst:
Might and Magic IX- such a wrong step for such a great series.
Final Fantasy VII- it wasn't so bad when I didn't understand english. Being so over-rated doesn't help it either.

Rosenkreuzstilette is to me one of the best Mega Man-clones because it was actually fun to play, unlike Megamari where it makes you want to throw the controller at the monitor in frustration. Very good storyline, and it really sticks to the old NES Mega Man gameplay that fans know and love.

Funny is that I got 10-times more frustrated while playing like two stage of Rosenkreuzstilette then from playing entire Megamari.
And truth to be told Megamari wasn't even that hard, it was still that "hard yet entertaining" kind of hard. Only Reimu was extremely cheap with that pissy-boss mode of hers.

I actually think that Top Spin was really great weapon, and the one (besides shadow blade) I used the most, yeah really only downfall to it was that energy consuption in NES MM3, but with some practice even that can be avoided.

Because people are afraid of new unexplored things and they hate to part with things they have deeply burned in their brains, same as I noticed that 5 is often considered the worst of NES MM games.
That's also the reason, why I've seen so many people liking MM9 and judging MM10 and the reasons were often really stupid, like that they
didn't like how they made music in 10.
Personally I liked 7 and M&B, it took some time before I got used to them but they were enjoyable. Eight never really got me though.

But overall I think it is nothing you should think too deeply about, people simply have different opinions. But what is truly important is, if you liked them.

Well Generation III had some really nice looking Pokemons (expecially Legendaries), some stupid Pokemons and some pointless Pokemons (seriously Plusle, Minum? more like degenerated Pikachu's cousins to me), but overall I think it was solid. I liked additions like the contests and the graphics are really nice and colorful. I thought music was sort of meh, because I liked that more striking sound of GB/GBC games. Maybe the difficulty curve could be little better, since I could run through most of the game as I was, but before about last 2 Gyms and League I had to do some heavy grinding.
But still I liked it, not like the Generation IV where I had hard time just to pick starting Pokemon, because they all looked so ridiculous and my team was pretty much composed of the Gen I and II ones.

Well I personally think it is worth the try, if possible.
I don't think it is that much of a deal to have more programs opened while playing, I have like 3 other programs opened at the same time while playing,
one more won't kill me. But I understand it is not worth the effort if ultimately no one would really care.

I really love Jet Man's and Yoku Man's theme.
But my favourite by far is probably Wily Stage 1, it really have that hectic feeling to it.

I have little mixed feelings about YoYo Man's though, it is a really great song as it is, but even with the notes going up and down like a yoyo, I still can't seem to fit it together with YoYo Man.

Chill Spike + Freeze Cracker = Cracker Spike

Can shoot into more directions like Freeze Cracker, break when impacting walls like Freeze Cracker but if the small shards get in contact with wall it creates small ice spikes which on contact will freeze enemies, same for the small shards themselfs.

Centaur Flash + Metal Blade = Flashing Blades (alias really really cheap weapon  )

Summons butch of flashing blades spinning all over the screen destroying all small enemies and doing major damage to big ones, has same energy consumption as Metal Blade.

I am no expert in these things either, there are other people on RPM who could explain it better.
But well from my view. About Megaman, you forgot his face color, but that sometimes borrows colors available for the level itself, and I think
you don't need to count two extra colors to the blue and cyan, because when you switch weapons you replace those two with current weapon pallete.
As for the levels itself, there is not really that much problem here with the limitations, more like which colors you choose and how the tiles look like, you need to make some shades and outlines with the colors that you already have in the tiles to distinguish them from one another because this way they really more or less blend together into some chaotic mix. Also as Gatuca said, don't use too bright colors for the background, it really fights with the actual level tiles.

I think what Gatuca had in mind is, that those tiles look really randomly thrown together and it looks sort of wierd.
Maybe some outlines and les chaotic color scheme could help it.
