If the X-Men are rumored to be DLC, then anything can happen. We could get Dynamo or Magma Dragoon in, for all we know. It would be interesting to see whether or not Tron gets in, but if not, you could replace her with Devilotte and double up with either Jin Saotome or Shade.

If Jin gets in, then I want Zangief in there as well. It would make for a perfect throwback to the first MvC, and it ought to be fun ignoring light attacks or overriding Supers with Final Atomic Buster.

I doubt Dormammu would be there. If he is, I'm not sure he'll be the same as in MvC2/3. He may be made to look more like he does in the movie, with a Super probably ripped straight from his showdown with the Doctor.

How would a sequel improve on the original? The game itself seems alright.

Well, they've already signed on licensing partners for the next anniversaries of each Mega Man series except Star Force and ZX, and they've also announced intentions to revive dormant IPs, so it's possible we'll be seeing some X games in the near future.

Also, more on topic, I'd love to see the Winter Soldier in this game.

1. You're doing a pathetic job at it.

Hey Treleus, I liked it better when you hadn't posted for three years. Go back to doing that.

Who are you again?

Old news. Let's see if Comcept can laugh at themselves about this within 10 years.
Made you look. Post quotations next time instead of YouTube reviews.

Yep, but it's not what you think.

"Almost done, boss! Just have to finish the arms."

Somehow I thought it'd be more obvious.
Then there's the even more obvious Misery throwback later on

Oh god they actually mentioned "SonAmy" and adult fanfics in this. How could they.
I couldn't think of anyone cooler, but it seems a lot of people want Bass.EXE.

I think we're probably going to see the Red Ash animated feature before we see the first episode of Mighty No. 9 3D.

This looks incredible. Is it even out yet?

Personally I'm gunning for the following, for starters:

CAPCOM
-Jin Saotome
-Captain Commando
-Vile
-Fou-Lu

With X finally in a fighting game, who better to have him square off against than Vile? I suspect Sigma is either already given as a playable character, or is relegated to being part of the final boss package with Ultron. As for Fou-Lu, I wanted some representation from the Breath of Fire games for the first time, but I figured the main character would make it confusing since we already have Ryu from Street Fighter in there, so maybe not. I'd also be fine with Nina from Breath of Fire I, who uses a rapier in battle and looks the cutest and most battle-ready of the series.

MARVEL
-Star Lord
-Rocket w/Groot
-Cable
-(Old) Nick Fury

Old Nick Fury's unlikely, but I think he'd be fun alongside Cable or Deadpool. Rocket w/ Groot and Star Lord seem the most likely, especially since rumors from NeoGAF suggest Groot will serve as an "assist-like" character. Star Lord would be an interesting character to play with, considering his lack of obvious superpowers other than the space-ready techno-mask and ray guns.

Current year: 2016

Trump is our new president.

Sonic gets the first good game in years.

The game is made by fans from the community and published officially by SEGA.

This is a pretty good year.

I can't wait to see the first hints of the Mighty No 9 TV show.

What would you rather have: a Mega Man cartoon made by the people behind Ben 10 and Ultimate Spider Man,

OR,

A 3D cartoon by Inafune's new company?

Why, it says so right here:

Made entirely in XSI Softimage, with a bit of zBrush for shape touch ups, animated in Photoshop.

So you're thinking of producing a Mega Man X short film for your thesis/project? Sounds rad. I'd love to see it once it's done. The emphasis on the retro/Maverick Hunter X art style is a major plus for me.

Here's a little competition to consider in the meanwhile:

MMXC's Flame Dash upgrade is a pretty cool leg part. I can see it destroying small airborne enemies chasing you, or serving as a trap for someone to jump into.

Reminds me of the charged Fire Wheel in X2.

X / Re: Rockman X is Over

Personally, I don't mind people wanting Xover to get localized sooner than later. Why not? It's a piece of Mega Man gameplay. It might be bad, but even I'd be curious to play it. It's free after all.

At this point, it's just one more Mega Man game besides SFxMM to hold people over until the next game, if and when it ever comes. I'm going to hold out some hope for Legends 3 or another X game.

Oh right, and Project X Zone is getting localized, so I'll be all over that too.

CoA can't make CoJ do anything, but that's not to say they don't listen to each other. CoA talked CoJ into sponsoring SF x MM for free. If they can do that, then I think they can use the poll data and other research to sell CoJ on making the Mega Man games we're asking for.

The head's well drawn, but the facial features look misplaced. Overall its a good drawing.

I'm going to start drawing again.

That's harsh. I've never coughed at someone to die in a fire rock bomb tornado*. I'm not even sure what was funny because you quoted the whole post like a dummy.

*Also someone draw that too, please.
