So I'm in a pickle.

I've found myself enjoying HACK G.U. OST, but no matter how much I try... I can't identify a certain instrument.

In this song, somewhere at six, seven seconds in... it appears. And then it repeats a bit throughout the song.

It's those kind of strange "Shaking" bell sounds... or whatever the [tornado fang] that is.
Anybody knows anything? Because after going through google and various [tornado fang]ing instrument videos, I'm still [parasitic bomb] out of luck.

I assume you mean the shrill, arpeggiated chords? They sound much like plucked strings, actually. I don't know if this might narrow your search.

It kind of reminds me of a koto or sitar.
