I did not actually made per se; it was made using a flash program create.swf on Walfas.org, which some Touhou fans be familiar with. And by the way, that Cirno, one of the greatest idiots of Gensokyo.

Anyone would like to critique my work so I can be a less sucky artist?

Well your heads are about 50% larger than they ought to be in proportion to the body, and you have the usual beginner animesque lack of detail and shading, while the viewing angle is straight from the front even when characters are facing each other...
But it all seems to merely be because you lack experience (as opposed to talent), so keep at it.

If I may ask, do you draw anything besides Rosenkreuzstilette and Touhou fan art? Not that it's bad or anything, I'm just wondering. It's always a good idea to try out different styles and subjects you wouldn't normally, if only to expand your artistic horizons and increase your talent.

Yes, I'm currently working on an Izuna the Unemployed Ninja fanart through traditional mediums. I'd like to show a work-in-progress for that, but since its currently in the sketch phases of the work and my web-cam hates pencil art, the image won't come out right. As much as I want to get out of doing Rosenkreuzstilette-related stuff (and believe, I do because I want to show my love for Treasure's Sin and Punishment), but with the Rosenkreuzstilette Fan Contest on Schwer and Schwer Alike getting closer to being over -- deadline now being April 15th, I want to show how much I'm devoted to the series since I started playing the game.
I also do have a bit of a Touhou/anime crossover brewing in my head, but I'd like to keep it in the dark until I got something to present.

I intended to have Izuna give a victory sign, but I forgot to outline the floral pattern on scarf. I am doing a Devil Survivor fanart of the MC from the side with traditional mediums.

Your art does not suck. The key is to keep practicing, and someday you'll get it all done right. :3 I suggest you do some more digital artwork, because that's the style I enjoy from you the most., plus you can use certain programs like Photoshop to correct any problems with the image.

Now I know what its like to be a sprite artist. There was a small reason I wanted to do this. I wanted to make the sprite of the Kamui fighter as a part of a signature that I'm thinking of making for this shoot 'em up club that I want to create at Doujinstyle (http://www.doujinstyle.com/forum/). I am think of making a larger version of this.

At last, we come to this: a WIP of one of my Azumanga / Touhou crossover with Osaka. Would anyone like to take a guess who I'm going mix her with?
I am thinking of doing a sketch fist, then reference it with MS Paint, kinda like how x.x (http://xxgameroom.blog102.fc2.com/) (the artist behind some of my favorite CAVE-ese doujin shooters) does with some of his works. You need to invest in a cheap scanner some day. Or at least light your images better, as the sketches I could barely see.
The sprites were pretty sweet, though.
