how do you deal with such a thing? Looking at the list, 90 % of those items are what I eat.. and well considering I'm a lightweight, I don't want to lose more weight but gain it instead.
Well, it depends. I mean, I have mild case, so I can get away with some things. Spicy food, for example, isn't recommended, but it doesn't bother me. I don't have much dairy in the first place, even before I got it, so that was easy. The worst, worst thing I can have is Peanut Butter. One or two Reeses Peanut Butter cups cause me pain. LoL, BOY does that suck, being that I know of a place in the city that makes REALLY REALLY good peanut butter and such. In the long run though, you get by, and pain is a great deterrent to make sure you don't eat that stuff.
