Megazord is paid for.

My Deadman Wonderland Boxset apparently came in and shipped to me as well.

October 10th my ass, but I gotta hand it to Funimation for releasing their stuff to distributors well before release and not caring if they ship it out early.

D-Arts Mega Man X Vile finally came in today with much wait. He is quite the grape-colored reploid, too.

I had that game way back in the day.  It's an enjoyable game, but honestly... it could be more interesting and more challenging.  My brother and I beat it the day we bought it.  The music's great and the sprites are gorgeous, but the game needs more of a challenge and the levels could use more variety.

Oh, to "call" your partner (say, if they're stuck somewhere and they can't get out), it costs you ten Rings.  If you go to -99, you die.  And for the record, the special stages are AWESOME.  That game has some of the most challenging special stages.  Too bad the rest of the game couldn't be like that.

I hereby decree a "Project: Make Knuckles' Chaotix More Interesting"!

I've played it a few times, I just wanted a physical copy of the game since Sega refuses to re-release it.

Sonic 3
Genesis Model 1 AV cables.

Now I can play it, though I should get a cable to get the thing to use Stereo.

That reminds me, I need to dig up my Sonic 3 up eventually. I just don't know where I put it after so many re-arrangements of furniture.

I bought World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria today.  I'll probably get around to playing it eventually...

I also bought some socks, since all my have holes in them, some toothpaste, some dry-roasted peanuts (in the shell), and this curious thing called a "Hormel Sandwich Maker".  "Just add your favorite bun," it says.  Apparently, it's just $2.00-worth of meat in a microwavable container.  This particular Sandwich Maker is "seasoned PORK with barbecue sauce".  Yes, "PORK" is written in all-caps just like that.

Hopefully, I did not waste my two dollars on this and it's actually delicious.  If not, well... it was only two bucks.

It's too bad you can't just use a Nintendo RF adapter, like with the Master System.

I simply went to Burger King and bought a lunch. I miss the chicken fries though, would've made Burger King more unique.

I found Advance Guardian Heroes secondhand for 12$
Huzzah

I guess all I can really say is it isn't exactly what I'd expect out of a $4.4M game

It doesn't even have mouth animations

I guess you'll either need to buy an old TV, or run it through a VCR.  If I recall, my brother jury-rigged something similar with a VCR and a newer TV.  it was a mess of wires, but it worked.

Coax? They make TVs with no coax?

Last I checked, I don't think newer flatscreen TVs have a coax port, as those were phased out with the advent of digital broadcast.

I saw those at the store and was tempted to try them.  Let me know how they are.
Consider it done.  Like, right now.

Short version: HORMEL, Y U MAKE SUCH GOOD FOOD?!
Long version (it's a review):
This one's going to be a short review since it's a small product.  It's also going to be a little disorganized, since I can't seem to organize my thoughts tonight. (Completely unrelated matter.)

Hormel recently put something pretty neat on the market.  Not happy with delicious chili and juicy ham (among other things), they've moved in on the "hot sandwich meat" market.  At the time of writing, they've released four different types of "Sandwich Makers," which are small, white containers filled with various types of sandwich hot sandwich meats, such as pulled pork, sloppy Joe, and barbecue chicken, barbecue pork, or meatballs in marinara sauce.  The one I got was the barbecue pork.

The instructions for this little thing is pretty simple.  It essentially boils down to "Open to vent, microwave for 60 seconds, let it sit for a minute if you want, put on bun of choice, enjoy."  Well, I did exactly that.  I peeled back a corner (though they also tell you you can puncture it if you prefer -- a very nice, casual approach to the usual "do this, don't do that" instructions), microwaved it for exactly 60 seconds, let it sit in the microwave for a couple minutes (I was busy making toast at the time), divided the container full of delicious-smelling meat and sauce on two slices of bread, and enjoyed it.  Very, very much so.
The meat looked a bit like wet dog food, being dark in coloration and having quite a bit of sauce, but trust me when I say it was by no means kibble!  The taste of the meat mix was strong, slightly spicy, but extremely pleasant.  It was undoubtedly barbecue pork, juicy and delicious and smelling equally good.
The portion of meat you get is as it says on the box; "two servings," which is enough to fill two of most any bread or bun with a pretty generous amount, though if you like equal portions, I would personally suggest using burger buns.  The sauce and meat had to be spread a little thinner to fill a whole slice of white bread, but the meat really didn't spread.  To my surprise, it was much less a "meat spread" and actually chunks of meat in a sauce!  I was honestly not expecting that.  Actually, I'd been expecting pulled pork, but this was even better.

As much as I hate to admit it, this was pretty much the perfect product.  The price was spectuacular ($2.00 US at Walmart!), preparation instructions were astoundingly simple and easy to follow, and the product itself was delicious and filling.  For the first time ever, a product has earned a perfect 7 out of 7 from me.  If the pork is any indication at all to the quality of the other three flavors, you can bet that I will be buying the others as soon as possible!
