X2 armor never had a bandai model kit. They skipped right to X3 and the megamissions, and went on from there. S I wouldn't mind him

it would make sense for tango, beat, and eddy to be split 'tween Roll and Blues

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Hahaha, really? I thought I was serving my own selfish needs. Being that Rock & Forte come with Rush & Gospel, I'm hoping Blues & Roll come with Tango & Beat!  :V

And X2 Armor is my favorite looking armor! XD

Of course, Roll is very much a required character that needs to be made and X2 Armor should've been out already.

So, Mewtwo arrived in the mail today.

Looking sharp, has a nice smell, and I am enjoying the articulation.  His shoulder joints were a bit tight, but some rotation helped to loosen them up.  Same with a joint at the base of his tail.  I have other figures with problem joints, so I'm used to loosening stubborn joints.  Haven't posed him with his Shadow Jelly Roll, but I gave him a lightsaber.

Um, anyway.

Pits and Labrys should be arriving within the next 2 weeks hopefully.

Can't wait.

Awesome to hear you have him now.
Also, puts a whole new perspective of Psycho Cut with the lightsaber. :P

He's still posed on my shelf between two SW statues, still brandishing his lightsaber.  Aside from some saber slippage (it's basically a cellphone charm), I have not had any problem with him holding a pose and maintaining it, despite me digging books off my shelf, or even repositioning him.  The C-clip holds him just fine, and if I want to alter the pose, I take him off the stand, pose him, and put him back on.  The surface of the stand is pretty slick, so I've had some issues with it, but I may try balancing him on rougher surfaces where he'll have more traction.

Half the time, the C-clip is barely holding on and he stands fine.

Indeed, the Shadow Prune is still in that Kamehameha position for me, so that's just fine.

Forgot to ask, no Mew?

Oh, I got Mew.  Though, I don't have him displayed.  He's in the box with the extra stand and the Shadow Jelly Roll.

Mew would just cramp Darth Mewtwo's style at the moment.  I'll dig him out when I feel like changing up my current display.

Bought D-Arts Rock, he finally came in.

Smaller than I expected, though not surprised, given Rock IS smaller than X, so at least it's consistent there, what DID surprise me, was the joints. particularly at the elbows and knees. They are surprisingly lacking in range, compared to the X figures. They are just simple hinge joints as opposed to the double hinged kind they use. They pop off as well, as opposed to the again, different system that the X figures use to remove limbs at the elbow/knee

interesting that they packed a second Buster. probably due to the way the yellow energy strip is aligned on the buster. Comes in handy if you want to recreate a double buster moment though.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

I caved, and pre-ordered a SHF Ryuuranger. This better be awesome...

I guess all I can really say is it isn't exactly what I'd expect out of a $4.4M game

It doesn't even have mouth animations

It will be.

Trust me, SHF are really nice quality, especially their toku line.
