I mean seriously those are the parameters for a good [tornado fang]ing picture.
The only difference noticed was the bosses for the "Skull and Crossbones" are Tokka and Rahzar (unlike the original, which had Bebop and Rocksteady).
HOLY [tornado fang] YES
Where did THIS come from?! Out of no where! O.O
Alleycat Blues it all the way to the Wii, please~ >U<
I guess I have to get a 360 after all...
At last week's Galabunga events in NYC, the debut of the Turtles' Party Van also revealed that a "new" TMNT video game - not the already revealed "Smash-up" game for the Wii - was in development. New, yet a game all TMNT fans are familiar with: "Turtles in Time." Only now it's been updated using modern 3D graphics. Mega TMNT fan Jason Koza was at the event (in his Casey Jones costume!) and provides the following info and pics of the game.
* The game is set up and directly taken from TMNT Turtles in Time.
* Right now it's only going to be for Xbox Live, but they're working on bringing it to Wii (Virtual Console?).
* It has the same music as the old game.
* Only the levels "Alleycat Blues" and "Skull and Crossbones" were playable.
* The only difference noticed was the bosses for the "Skull and Crossbones" is Tokka and Rahzar (unlike the original, which had Bebop and Rocksteady).
* For Alleycat Blues the boss is still Metalhead.
* The game is basically Turtles in Time with new graphics - Awesome!
The super shredder remix is going to be epic.
Please be for Wii. Then I can join you RPMians to beat up shredder.

As I just posted on GAF, Konami with a silent and swift KO blow to everyone this gen. XD
Capwho? Nintenwhat? SEEEEGGG-huh? XD
Leonardo leads, Donatello does machines. :3Raphael is cool, but rude; and Michaelangelo is a party dude. :P

Oh man, this thread is making me happy. So much positive in one place. XD
I play as Raph usually, or Mike.
Sooooo, how did no one catch this one? Seems like there's a traveling Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle tour that's doing promotions for one hell of a game. What is it you ask?To quote a Mr. Glen Quagmire, "Excuse me folks, do you have a towel?"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time...
HD REMIXED.

Also, would love to see something special, new or unlockable to be thrown in. Like playable Usagi Yojimbo. 8D
Or playable hocky-mask-guy, sorry I forgot his name, it's been awhile. :p
Do you know what other turtles game deserves a remake?
Turtles Tournament Fighters. [parasitic bomb] rocked hard.
But I'm the only one who remembers (and owns) that game.
Casey Jones.

I owned it and played it.
Absolutely HATED it. The fight system was wonky and unbalanced as NOTHING I'd ever seen before.
But hey, if it floats your boat...
#3. In 3 pages of this topic...WHY HAS NO ONE MENTIONED THE GREATEST BOSS BATTLE THEME EVER IN THE HISTORY OF GAMING!! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hx_IYXceftg&feature=related)
I dunno, Blues-y. In my opinion, I'd give the arcade rendition of this song just a BIT of an edge, because I think it sounds more "foreboding".
But both versions are awesome, that much is indisputable.
...We sure we're talking about the same version, Tohno-kun?Unless the game you're referring to is NOT this one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JD-2FMMlF5g&fmt=18), then YES, we're talking about the same game.
[...] it doesn't have Technodrome [...] Rat King, Bebop, Rocksteady, Slash, Super Shredder, and Mode 7'd Neon Night Riders.
I'd also like to inform you that TMNT: TF had a kickass soundtrack.THAT I'm fully willing to concede -- the music was frikken awesome. The game itself, not so much.
I wish I had it...
Also, Don is always [tornado fang]ing broken in TMNT games, which is yet another reason he's so awesome.
NOT the case in TMNT Tournament Fighters, especially the case with the SNES or Genesis versions (been a while since I played the NES one).
I honestly always though Raph was the worst Turtle. Mikey I always thought was pretty good, even thought I'm only somewhat good with him.
Fierce Punch Twirling Bo thingwas more than enough to screw everyone over. Oh well :P
You can has video now. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNGu6Wwf3sY&fmt=18)Hmm, not bad. I like how most of the stances and animations are faithful to the old game.
i filmed this for gamervision.
1. it was a little kid playing (painfully obvious)
2. it's a port of the ARCADE version, not the SNES one.
3. the reps there said release is "around september"
4. coming out for XBLA and wii. they didn't mention anything about PS3.
5. SAME music as the arcade version. at least it was in this alpha.
As for the PlayStation Network, all Ubisoft will say is that it'll be out "later this year".
it's looking even more and more like an Arcade port.
> Music
...I have no idea why you boys do crazy things like this to yourselves... >w<Practice. If hell freezes over and we were to game against a female, we wouldn't slap her on the face. 8)

Some might take her pizza though.
Some might take her pizza though. There are few powers that can compete with a gamer girl's ass, but cheese is definitely up there.

But yeah, this is kinda weird. And no Wii version? I mean yeah, I've got PSN $$$ that I need to figure out what to do with, but is this worth it?
it's not original songs; the songs were all remixes.Huh... they are remixes, now that I relisten a few times and pay close attention. Still sucks though >_>'
also, anyone think the $15 price point is a bit much?I'm starting to think so... unless they add something new that's actually good. Not getting my hopes up there though, that's for sure.

I'm starting too somewhat. But we'll see.

looks like we got another one who was expecting the SNES version. the Arcade version didn't have a manual dash either, and also throws and slams were random in that version. i'd bet getting in a lock was an Arcade thing too.
for double jump, you have to doubletap the jump button very quickly.
