But if you have Y you can just find a Heracross and Mega Stone, the point of this event was so you can get the other version exclusives.

That Pachirisu cannot stand up to the might of Lavinnia the speedy Bold Hypno!

She's been doing pretty good in battle lately.  I'd like to set her up with some decent priority moves and I'm considering a Nasty Plot/Psychic combo.  Right now, for grinding, she's using Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball, and the Hypnosis/Dream Eater combo.

I was going to raise a Salamence, but i think I'll stick with Gyarados, since I caught so many that I started Wonder Trading them...

I remember sweeping with a "Moxie" Gyarados after a Dragon Dance or two.

Most Electric-types have mediocre defense from what I recall, though Zapdos has decent bulk, I believe.

It's actually has bigger defensive stats than offensive stats, but it's not that good anyway.

Another reminder to get your Heracross/Pinsir Mystery Gift and run to GameStop for the Mega Stones!  The promotion ends September 17th!  I just got mine today.

And I has a battling question...

Would Nasty Plot retroactively help Future Sight?  Say, I use Future Sight and then Nasty Plot for the two turns, will the SpAtt increase give it more oomph?  Or does Future Sight only take into account the SpAtt when you first used the move, regardless of Nasty Plotting?

I'm trying to take into account moves for Team Black Sun, which is looking like a min-maxed team of speedy and not-so-speedy Pokemon, and I'm wondering if a Future Sight/Nasty Plot combo will be worth it?  Or should I stick with the Nasty Plot/Psychic combo?

I think you have to Nasty Plot first.  Just stick with Psychic, Future Sight is not worth it.
