I wouldn't mind if it was just my toes and feet but not up to my knees.

Well isn't a mud bath like everything?

I bet a mud bath would smell better than the black creek mud. :P

Yes, but it's a different kind of mud and doesn't have creepy crawlies or pointy twigs in them.  My worry is the stuff in the mud not the mud itself.

Sometimes, you can feel the worms crawling around in the mud, particularly if they're those really big, fat worms.
As much as I like worms for what they do for the soil I do not want to feel that or accidentally squish them.

Stepping on all the sticks buried in the mud isn't very fun.

Not to mention if you get cut by said twigs I would worry about the wound being infected. X(

All this talk about mud reminds me of this beach in front of the lakeshore cabin I stayed at with my cousins twenty years ago. The mud in Georgian Bay (Lake Huron) was very soft and sticky.

Any lake monsters, like Nessie or the Ogopogo?

Not in the lake I'm going to.  Erie reportedly has one, and there's supposedly one in the Chesapeake.

Indeed, now they have the rights to parts 1-3 instead of just 1 and 3.

Which leaves hope for 4-8.

Viz is on a roll this year. They've gone from "That company that has the rights to a bunch of [parasitic bomb] that I don't care about" to "That company that has three really awesome properties under their belt."

I crawled through a prickly wineberry bush to harvest ripe berries.  The kids kept offering gloves and jackets, but I declined and crawled through in shorts and a t-shirt.  Got all scratched up by the jaggers, but we got a nice harvest of berries.

The rest aren't ripe enough yet, so they're really sour.  Delicious if you like sour berries, but that sourness can catch you off-guard.

I seriously would love to see them getting the rights of 4 and 5, since 4's Dwang is horribly translated and apparently 5 is too and 5 is one of my favorites in the series.

Gangnam Style

Hahaha, I deserved that.
Besides, I was only posting an observation. It's not like I hold any particular accord of that track :P

As far as I know, The Invincible Trio did all of Part 4.
Part 3 is the one with horrible scanlations; there's an anon group doing them, i think they've done volumes 14 to 17 so far...

Also, might be the nail in the coffin for those scanlations, but Viz is releasing Part 3 digitally now. Two volumes are out so far.

I guess all I can really say is it isn't exactly what I'd expect out of a $4.4M game

It doesn't even have mouth animations

FINALLY done with muxing all those subs to the video.

The video quality is BEAUTIFUL, easily the best looking Sailor Moon that's available currently. No awful post-processing, no hardsubbed karaoke lyrics on the OP, no shitty R1 masters, just sharp italian DVD quality.

The downside? After the Eyecatches all the subs start to come up early by a second or two. Its not terrible, but it can get a bit annoying when subtitles for a character who isn't on screen or hasn't spoken yet appear while somebody else is talking. Oh well.

Posting on my newly acquired Nexus 7. The screen is certainly really damn crisp, though for some reason, games like Asphalt 8 run at a sluggish pace. Guess I'll just have to stick to the PC version.

I also have to get used to typing with this thing, because the size makes it a bit awkward to hold.

Went to the lake earlier and swam.  It's a cold spring-fed lake, with a high fulvic mineral content, so the water is very dark.

Just watched Frozen.

It was alright, I suppose. Far from Disney's best.

Though, I will say "Let It Go" was indeed an amazing performance, like everyone stated. The rest of the songs comepletly failed in comparison. In fact, it was the only song in the movie I liked, and is worthy of standing among some of the exceptional Disney performances.

But the movie itself? Passable. Nothing special. Also, goddamn, Elsa was much more powerful than I thought she would be. She created an entire castle in 20 seconds.

Perhaps the most powerful Disney character, second to Genie.

Sore muscles are starting to set in.  Doing an endless breaststroke against creek current?  Swimming laps in the lake?  I've pretty much been swimming for three days, so yeah, some muscles are going to be sore.

Speaking of sore luckily my neck isn't as sore as yesterday.  However if I move my stomach it still hurts considerably.
