Afther the ZX ending, were you expecting him to come back in the next ZX Title like Sigma always came back in the X Series ?

Model W is already doing a great job at that.

Well, of course. After all, if Zero can survive being in the middle of a giant explosion, obviously Serpent can too. They're probably hanging out together. I'm sure they'll both show up in ZX3.

nope. it was clear as mud he was dead and gone for good. hes not sigma. hes a vessel for Weil. who DOES come back.

and serpent never had a son...so far we knew....
i never thought off serpent make a comeback...all i think is "whats the final boss for the new ZX?".....and he was blown to pieces already in that explosion....and serpents role is not so great in my opinion...he's just one of albert's pawn....

well the president of Shinra after 7 IS named Rufus, and Mr. Serpents son here looks an awful lot like him. besides the fact he's also named Rufus. and controls a big energy plant in the middle of the city.
also, i STILL want to know what that music in it is from. :\

Rufus does not actually exist (in the games), remember?

Serpent was a businessman and former...archaeologist? Explorer? Scientist? Anyway, none of those categories are battle-hardened, much less enough to withstand the centuries-tempered might of the X-Buster.

Serpent won't come back. he was a pawn of Albert's and destroyed, just as Sigma was used by Lumine and destroyed.
