Try cleaning it?  Do you have canned air?  Give your mouse a few blasts.  Unplug it and blast out the connections.

I don't have canned air, but I'll probably clean it once my super fix it all dad has some time.

None really.  Though I know how Quickie feels, though my selfish roommate didn't do her boyfriend while I was in the room, they did kind of made out a few times when I was trying to go to sleep.  Didn't help that she snores since she was a smoker. :\

I just use earplugs when I can.  Usually, snoring doesn't bother me.

Hearing "Unh! Unh! Unh! Unh!" from downstairs, though, is a bit distracting. :P
