It's to put further emphasis on how strict his tattooed side is and that it ain't [tornado fang]ing around. It's his punching arm while the left is his hugging arm. He is a man of both extremes, and expresses it in his sleeve rolling methods.

I wonder if he could work the half-tuck on his lower shirt. That may be too much power for one individual though.

If you shirt doesn't have that nice little strap to hold the sleeve in place, here's how you'd roll it:

Invert the sleeve so that the cuff is about halfway up the bicep.

Roll (well, flat fold) the sleeve to about two-and-a-half inches from the cuff, making sure that the folds are roughly two inches wide (it would fold three times).

Fold the cuff over the roll.

Your sleeve will be roughly elbow height and rolled flat.  It's less bulky than rolling it and it looks nice.

By the way, that's how to roll your BDU sleeves in the Army.  For a dress shirt, you'd continue to roll the sleeve over the cuff until a half-inch of the cuff is exposed.

Rolled up sleeves work well if you're wearing a buttoned-up shirt. It looks sexier, methinks.

(the guy [tornado fang]'d up his left sleeve, but you get my point)

I like t-shirt and short sleeves collared shirts. Even during the winter. When I want something long sleeved on me, I'll put on a hoodie.

The only time I'm wearing long sleeved collared shirts like that is if I'm wearing a suit!

I also just noticed that his ears are [tornado fang]ing tiny.

Cannot unsee it.

Hoodies and rolled up long-sleeved shirts are what I like to wear, most of the time. I'll wear t-shirts on occasion, but mainly when I'm simply going to the supermarket or even a convention.

During the winter, though, I'll never roll up my sleeves. I always wear something long-sleeved because I catch colds easily.

Rolled up sleeves are annoying and uncomfortable.

Short sleeve t-shirts forever!!!
This is me right here,  I rarely wear a long sleeve shirt even in winter.  It just gets uncomfortable when the weather suddenly gets warm and  I'm not wearing a short sleeve shirt.

When I want something long sleeved on me, I'll put on a hoodie.
This too since I can remove it and wear it like a skirt unlike a long sleeve shirt.

Huh.  He does have tiny ears.  They also seem to be angled backward, which makes them seem tinier.

Fun fact: Your ears, from tip to lobe, generally line up with the edge of your eyebrow and the bottom end of your nose.  To determine the size of a person's ears when drawing, the artist will make sure that they line up with the eyebrow and nose.  Thus, if the character has a long nose (the bridge), their ears will be similarly long.  Short nose bridges will have smaller ears.

My brother and I were entertaining ourselves with the idea of going to Pax though we'll have to wait and see if we can actually make that happen.

Also it seems a I have 2 grey hairs.

Speaking of siblings, my brother and I are likely going to watch X-Men either tomorrow or Wednesday, instead of Spidey 2.

We may or may not watch Godzilla during that week. It depends on how busy he is.

I'm guessing the one in Texas? I definitely think you should, if you can.

LEAVE HIM WATCH YOURSELF

I could do that, but it's more fun to watch movies with people. And all my friends who were interested in actually seeing the film have seen it already.

Also it seems a I have 2 grey hairs.

My mother's side of the family is full of people graying early. But it doesn't look bad. It's actually a nice balance.

The one in Washington because his former roomate lives there and my brother is envious about that.

I think it's may dad's side since I've never seen my dad when he had blafk hair, it was always grey or white.

My folks grayed late, so Ringman and I probably won't start significantly graying until our forties.  We've got a few grays here and there, but it's not noticeable, and as I mentioned with mine, they're mostly in the back.   Since we get regular haircuts, they're really not noticeable.

Yeah I'm not getting my hopes up for that to be honest, hench the entertaining part.  If I could only get one day it would probably be whenever the Runaway Guys have their Thrown Controllers panel, and I don't think I would be one of the first 500 to get there to actually get a card and even actually participate.  Plus some of those trivia questions are brutal, not to mention the other video game challenges.

No... I meant that literally. 8D *shot*

At least from what I've read here, it's grey hair. I have this one long white hair sprouting from my right cheek. And I can imitate those old wushu drama villains by stroking that hair.

That would drive me nuts and I'd be grabbing the tweezers to pluck it.

I had a white hair on my knee.  Just one.  It was pure white and sprouting from my knee.  After I shaved, it was never seen again.

I'm making some coffee right now since the fish in my stomach isn't swimming anymore.  I'm glad that such a little can of Yuban is lasting so long so I don't have to make some crappy Folgers.

Oh goodness... A conversation on TFN went from concerning an Ariel cosplayer's use of a wheelchair (can't walk with fish tail) for mobility, to cosplaying in general, to me tossing around the idea of cosplaying as either Oracle or Professor X, to everyone wanting me to shave my head and cosplay as Professor X... XD
