Totally FlameMan. His theme is highly underrated, I think, and I've always loved his design. Actually, I think the music and RM designs in MM6 is underrated overall.

I owned Mega Man 3 and 6 for the NES.
So I love them both very much.
And it's true Mega Man 6 as a whole is very underrated.

I'll vote for him! ^^ The knight filled with pride. Centourman still my fave because he's Sagittarius, my consellation, and he has a nice design and Flameman has a nice Arabic design.

Wind Man! Whenever I choose my favorite RM, I look at his design, the music, pattern and level, music and design being the top priorities. And in MM6, Wind Man wins it for me!

I went with Centaur Man. Always loved his design and his peaceful stage music. Though Blizzard Man does have my fav theme in that game.
