Hmmmm the building in the reflection looks familiar. If I'm correct, it's the Gucci on 5th, somewhat near Rockafeller Center. I'll have to check it out the next time I'm in the area......which should be Friday actually for the Nintendo World Hyrule Historia event.

Buccellati, Jolyne, and Abbaccio nice.  Though the fact that Buccellati is hugging Jolyne kinda creeps me out a little.

It depends on the clothes. I mean, I'll spend $89 for a pair of shoes cause I find them super comfy. I'll also spend a decent amount on a nice blazer as well.

I guess there are exceptions though honestly I don't usually go to occasions where such clothes are needed and when I do what I have is sufficient enough.
