Recently the YCP server added exclusive "hats" for certain people. This is one of them.

The server installed a mod that allows customized items to be equipped. A select few can equip Sonic, Mario, Luigi and Samus.

Oh yeah, the mod also allows any class to wear any hat (even though I already said this before).

Example:

We don't know how the Gman and those other things appeared.

Ducksoup had the demoman's fro replaced with Dreadlocks, it didn't look so great, but it was funny cause the texture file didn't work so they were pink and black dreadlocks.
