Took me two attempts to unlock Lucina (I swear either the computer cheats or she actually does have longer reach than Marth). And she is indeed awesome.

My Circle Pad has definitely seen better days, though. It's a struggle to keep it in one piece. Can't wait until the New 3DS is out...

Bowser is amazingly awesome in Home Run Contest. Broke 3000 Ft with very little practice. Yoshi's multi-kick is definitely not what it used to be; knocks back more and damages less. Even so, he's still my best fighter in Multi-Man.

Ganondorf is the best choice for Home Run Contest.

I got almost 7000 feet with him (Of course some people have gone past that.) and you need a 3280 ft run to get one of the challenges unlocked.

I'll have to keep that in mind; I still don't have all characters. Hyrule Warriors is taking up more of my time than Smash. Though in all honesty most of the Smash characters I was interested in were available from the get-go, so yeah.

Maybe it's just my wonky control setup but is anyone else finding it a little hard on the hands with the original model 3DS? My hand can't seem to react fast enough for blocking like I could on the gamecube controller. Maybe I should play with the custom controls a little.

I customized my controls so that I don't have to use the left shoulder button. Works very well when I don't forget how I arranged Grapple and Shield.

I think my set up is off the top of my head.

Y - For Basic attacks
B- For Jump
X - Specials
A - For...uhh jump again? I might change that to Block

L - Shield
R - Forget.

Except story-wise he's a clone. Of all the clones he makes the most sense to be a clone because that's exactly what he is. One who wants his own identity, sure, but a clone nonetheless.

Dark Pit is a literal clone, so him being a clone character makes sense, Dr Mario is Mario in a different outfit, PLUS he has a different down B move, so it also makes sense that he's a clone. As for Lucina... Let's just chalk up her clone-ness to traditional swordplay of her family, since she is Marth's great x??? granddaughter.

Lucina doesn't have Marth's tip of the sword gimmick so that's a fairly big difference, I'm guessing her attacks do a little less damage to balance that?

Also unlocked all the characters, been practicing online for my rematch with PB. Rocky Training Montage!
