Today's Smash Bros. screen. According to GoNintendo, whenever we see a pic early it means a potential new character reveal is coming shortly. I have no idea if it's true or not, but hey...

Her dress changes but her face/hair/voice remain the same. The reason the trainers are interesting is that a male and female character shouldn't hypothetically have the same sound files (...unless they're silent?).

It sounds like it. I mean, what Sakurai said is true. This could make Link incredibly powerful, because unlike TOON LINK, he doesn't die if he does it. Plus, it's right at the beginning of the smash. However, the downside from this is that it might completely change the power of the initial smash and force people like Lou to completely change the way Link is played. It will all depend on if the smash keeps its original power.

It could also mean that they give Link's other smashes some actual power.

Which is also a kick in the Triforce, because Link has been "low-tier" in almost every game. Perhaps he deserves to be a bit overpowered.

To the surprise of absolutely nobody. Though looking at his getup I'm inclined to believe he's based off of FE3/FE12 Marth instead of FE1/Shadow Dragon Marth as he had been before. I wonder if his original getup will be available as an alt costume?

I wonder if he'll be available from the start this time, he basically was in Brawl as he was the first one you unlocked if you went through classic mode.
