That's just a 4chan meme. I mean actual jokes. Brazillian gamers never get anything over there, so pretty much 99% of what they play has to be pirated. That brings alot of shitbags into MMOs.

Sega used to take care of them right. Current consoles don't usually make it there. But Sega's still HUGE over there.

Simpsons doesn't usually do a good job of portraying anyone who isn't american. =P And although the "BR?" thing happens sometimes in MMOs, people sometimes just gotta be a bit more open with helping other players play well instead of fitting them into stereotypes.
