It's from Metal Fight Beyblade - Zero-G. Or as it is known outside of japan: Beyblade: Shogun-Steel.

Im planning to watch Metal Fight Beyblade from the beginning in japanese, since it seems more tolerable than in the english version. And I encountered this [tornado fang]er some time ago by looking through which series go in which order.

Safe to say, I laughed.

Anyway, thinking of changing stuff up to celebrate beating Danganronpa (not that it was very difficult since I'm not very smart and had Logic difficulty set to gentle to make things less challenging.) Just not decided on what to do.

For anyone who wants to know it's Lisa (or Risa... depending on who you ask), an NPC from Phantasy Star Online 2.
She's also voiced by HanaKana. So yeah.
